Hey Nick, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. This is clearly an experience that we need to learn from and have since started making Improvements from. particularly around communication, with our guests and those who assist us with outside contract work like security guard's. The front door issue was quickly resolved the next day and we have shared this review with our housekeeping to show the importance of consistency in their in-room par levels. We hope maybe one day again in the future, you might consider Veriu again, as our teams do work hard each day to deliver a clean and consistent product to all our guests.
