깨끗한 숙소였으나 소음때문에 좀 불편함.
먼저, 호텔스닷컴 홈페이지에 올라온 주소가 정확하지 않아 숙소 찾는데 어려움이 많았음. 저녁 6시 이후로는 전화통화조차 되지 않아 위치 찾기가 더욱 어렵고 불편하였음. 숙소는 나름 깨끗하고 현대식으로 잘 관리되고 있었으나 주변에 공장이 있어서 밤새 환풍기 돌아가는 소리때문에 잠을 잘 잘수 없었음.

매우 만족스러웠으나...
전체적으로는 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 지은지 얼마 안되서 그런지 깨끗하고, 현대적이고 좋았으며, 중심가 접근성도 나름 괜찮았습니다. 다만... 동네가 옛날 동네라서 그런지 상점도 별로 없고 (거의 폐업 내지 비어있음) 밤에는 돌아다니기 좀 무섭습니다.

저렴하면서 깨끗한 넓은 숙소
시부모님 모시고 남편과 4명이 갔는데, 시드니 호텔비가 너무 비싸서 이곳을 택하게 됐어요~ 복층이라 각각 방과 욕실이 분리되어 있어 더 편했고, 방도 총 3개나 있더라구요~ 일단 저한테 제일 중요한건 깨끗한거였는데, 집은 물론 침구들도 다 깨끗해서 정말 좋았습니다. 그리고 취사도구들도 다 잘 갖춰져있어서 참 좋았어요^^ 대신.. 무료 wifi라고 했는데..무료지만 신호가 매우~미약해서 사용을 아예 못했어요^^; 그렇지만 서비스도 참 좋고, 친절해서 시드니에 간다면 다시 한번 더 묵고 싶은 곳이었어요~

깨끗하고 친절한 호텔
체크인할때 스위트룸으로 업그레이드가 되어 있었습니다. 4층의 객실들이 스위트룸이었으며 복층으로 되어있었습니다. 방과 주방,욕실 모두 깨끗하였습니다. 호텔앞에 버스정류장이 있어서 시내로 나가는데는 문제가 없었습니다. 시내로 가는 버스는 자주와서 불편하지 않았습니다. 다만 호텔 주변에는 별다른 시설이 없어서 좀 썰렁했습니다. 시드니 대학이 바로 옆에 있어서 산책하기에 좋았습니다. 전체적으로 깨끗하고 친절한 호텔입니다.

호텔의 위치가 센트럴역에서 버스로 10분정도 떨어져 있어 다소 불편하지만 시설, 가격등 모든 점에서 매우 만족스럽다 가족끼리 여행시에는 정말 훌륭한 숙소(아파트)로 생각 된다. 특히 매우 넓고 깨끗한 공간이 좋았으며 취사에 필요한 모든 집기가 있어서 좋았다 무료 무선인터넷도 매우 빨랐고 무료로 제공하는 네스프레소 캡슐도 인상적 이었다 가족 여행에 최적인 아주 조은 숙소라고 생각한다.

Nice apartments located pretty close to Sydney airport. If you're planning to check-in late, I'd recommend getting your key code and instructions beforehand. Paid parking is available, but free street parking is also an option if you only plan on staying from late night till 6 AM.

Received free upgrade from 2 to 3 bedrooms. Top floor rooms have good view of city. Reception and cleaner very friendly. City close and good public transport. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment had all we needed. It’s a shame we were only there for 1 night, as we didn’t really get to use all of the features - we didn’t even turn on the tv! We would stay there again.

We had a four bedroom apartment for 6 adults and two children for three nights. Two adults declined to stay and went elsewhere. - I really don’t think that the property was properly maintained and checked before we arrived. I messaged and emailed a list of issues to the staff on duty, but unfortunately the poor man seemed to be the only person checking in and responding to issues. 1. Nails protruding from stair carpet caused a significant cut to the 6 year olds foot. - Not addressed during our stay. 2. In sufficient crockery and cutlery - Addressed on second day. 3. No lamps or side lights in one bedroom- Not addressed during our stay. 4. TV did not work as it did not have internet connection. Addressed in our third day. Although internet connection did go down regularly anyway. Not reported during our stay… … no soap etc in upstairs bathroom. … cleaning issues, found a number of interesting items under beds. Disappointing overall. Have stayed with Veriu several times before. They are not the cheapest, but they are usually reliable. It is a shame as it could easily have been som much better.

Great partners in travel
The property was quick to positively confirm our request for an accessible unit. The unit didn’t seem to have been used recently and had a few issues. Management swiftly and completely resolved all of our concerns. They also proactively alerted us to other maintenance that was being performed during our stay. It wasn’t perfect but they worked well with us and we definitely couldn’t beat the location. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Very dirty apartment. We walked in and instantly regretted our decision to stay here but we had a very busy schedule so decided it was too much bother to look at changing or complaining. It was obvious the state of the apartment was not a quick fix, it has been dirty and run down for a while. We didn't want to spend much time in the apartment as it just felt icky. Extreme amounts of dust, sticky floor, stains, holes and rips in the couches. Blood stain on bedding, rubbish in the shower, stains and marks on the walls. Such a shame, as it could be really nice with some care and attention. Furniture needs replacing. It's not ok to have stains and holes on furniture that you expect guests to sit on (I couldn't sit on the couch - too gross). All the roller blinds are shabby. The main one in the living room is broken and wouldn't roll up all the way. The toilet blocked up on our last night but we were leaving early in the morning anyway. We wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it.

I’d like to start off by saying the hotel manager is absolutely LOVELY and so helpful. He seems to genuinely care about people’s stay at the apartment and has fantastic customer service skills. We had a few issues with a blocked drain and a shower curtain that needed a bit of attention and he got onto it straight away. The people who you call on the hotline however are TERRIBLE. We called one night to say that someone had parked in our car park that we were paying for, and the guy on the phone literally said to us “what do you want me to do about it - figure it out”. A little bit of feed back - for that amount of money it’d be nice if there was perhaps a bit of room service to get some fresh towels etc?

I couldn’t believe how dirty this place was I had to clean up hair in the bathroom shower and tissue that was under the lounge room sofa bed … And bed was uncomfortable and pillows and rug had stains on it and marks all over the walls, I did take photos of this place because it was gross! Not only that I used the sofa bed for one night and to be told I was going to have to pay a $50 on that was totally unfair I tried to argue that but with out much luck and wanting to get out I paid it ! This was the worst experience I’ve encountered in a room .. please don’t go here if you need a good nights sleep..

We do have 2 bedroom apartment available if 2 guests would like to have own bedroom. However using sofa bed does cost extra AU$50 due to uprising linen & labor cost, and this charge only applies once off, which believed is fair. In regards to Housekeeping issues, it has been well addressed to our housekeeping department, please accept my sincere apology which is not our high housekeeping standard commitment. Good property for the price, but we were woken at 5:20am most mornings from the noise of the music coming from the gym downstairs. Some aspects of the property not well maintained, lounge was stained and marks left on walls, shower door leaked. Rooms serviced only once during our 5-night stay due to staffing issues (Covid).

The staff were professional and prompt to respond to queries. The unit was uncluttered and spacious. It also had its own air conditioning unit and large opening balcony doors - a plus in the current environment. As we prefered fresh air - we had our balcony door open and on one occassion we were awoken at 7 ish by a truck in the laneway.

HI Man Shan, Thank you for reviewing us, we are sorry that this happened. We have completed an investigation of the room you stayed in and found a small brown stain on the duvet. We have since sent it off to dry cleaning and have reminded our housekeeping to thoroughly check the sheets and duvet before making the beds.
