홈페이지에서 예약을 하고 결제까지하고 갔지만 호텔측에서 예약받은게 없다고하여 그것을 해결하는데만 2시간 걸렸습니다. 상당히 불쾌했습니다.

Nice place however I could get a better deal somewhere else for a private ridges hotel but it’s good for a quick stay I was lucky that my whole unit was empty I was only one out of the eight rooms I’ll be back again

Lovely trees and surrounding garden. Plenty of paid parking. Very noisy room door latches which you hear frequently during the night. Apart from that pretty good.

Convenient, clean and basic accomodation
I stayed for 2 nights in Jan. Accommodation was perfect for single traveler. Basic room with single bed, and shared bathroom. Check in was easy, and quiet nights sleep. Worth noting that there is no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan. In summer with hot temps room can get warm. Location is a few kms from Parramatta and close to main motorways. Room and bathroom clean. Full kitchen with large fridge and microwave. Great for an overnight sleep traveling through or for those with a busy schedule just needing a basic and safe place to sleep.

Clean, but no free wifi.
It's student's dorm. You share the common living space with four other room. The bedroom is clean. The downside is that Wifi is not free. The university has a free shuttle service that can travel between the city centre and the dorm.

Absolutely terrible. This is more of a hostel accommodation. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on the bed. Ended up leaving and going to another hotel

You get what you pay for.
The bed was very thin and uncomfortable, I had to call and complain about the noise on two separate nights due to students throwing parties in nearby rooms and the manager refused to come and intervene when I raised the complaints. Broken toilet seat left broken for 5 days, Shared bathroom does not get cleaned on a weekly basis therefore it is mostly disgusting with other people's towels left on the ground, and blocked toilet etc Shower head was extremely low flow, meaning that it was more of a water mist than an actual shower, Lights under shelves above desks have never worked, Overall you get what you pay for with this place.

Exactly as advertised
Make no mistake about it, it's Uni dorm accomodation. Dorm room, shared facilities, students coming and going. It was cheap as chips and perfect for a quick stopover. Everything was clean and comfortable, and close enough to Church St to walk in for a quick bite or grab groceries (15 min walk). My only complaint is that I couldn't find a fork in the kitchen!

After finally finding a park , hauling my luggage to a diminutive 18thC hotel overflowing with construction workers who were , yes singing I couldn’t find any sign lobby and then went inside the barroom and the friendly barman sorted me out with a room and key under the condition that I sing a song!

Serves a purpose
I only needed a one night stay near a course I was attending so this was a good find. The lack of WIFI was a bit strange this day in age but having lived in student accommodation before this was fine. Maybe tea and coffee in those apartments they do check out would be a nice added touch.

Inexpensive stopover
Easy to locate and close to Parramatta city with other facilities nearby. Great for an overnight stopover.

Good clean rooms and clean multishare bathrooms Friendly staff. No noise from passing traffic and no noise from the uni students who live there all the time.

Great sleep, tv quality was terrible, kitchen utensils were dirty, clean bathrooms, neighbours had a party at 3AM, good staff, good area, pool was perfect

I liked the quite room I had. Very central to shops and city. Other guests were nice. Room cleaned regularly with clean facilities.

Cheap, convenient, no frills.
You get what you pay for - a bare bones accomodation experience. Room was neat, as were the kitchen facilities. I just needed somewhere cheap and close by to Parramatta and that's exactly what I got. Reception staff (RA's) were friendly and efficient. Blankets were nice and thick, though the pillow provided was very flat. All up I'd recommend this place if you need something functional rather than something fancy.

Staff very accomodating and helpful. You must remember it is uni accomodation and pitched at that level. Cheap n clean.

Website photos
The photos on the website depict this as a twin share room. Upon arriving I was mortified by the fact that I was sharing a kitchen, lounge and bathroom with 8 other people. The shower didn't work and on the second night there was a party about 10 metres away from our hotel window. I would not recommend this hotel.

Reception was clean, service was efficient, the fan and heater in the room didn't work. Would have loved to have a cup of tea but there were no teabags.

Nice, new and modern place; a part of a uni college but quiet and well organized. A good choice if on budget only.

Close to parramatta river ferry, loved the cruise
We had 2 x 6 bed apartments for a sports group, kitchen was lacking utensils but anything u asked for u got from front desk. Rooms very private and more than adequate for a group. Would stay again.

Student noise in the common area complete with basket ball bouncing noise until 11pm ... only then could I get some peace and quiet
