Such a shame that the pool is covered by what we thought is an unattractive construction. Everything else was good.

Lovely hotel in beautiful Symi!
Have stayed several times previously. Very welcoming staff, picked me up from the port and showed me to my room all very quickly. Room was large and had everything needed and a few extras-little rail to dry swimwear, nice little balcony. Good little pool, although only a few sun beds. Lovely gardens and very central.

Bad attitude and management
The stay was bad.Hotel staff rude.We ordered transfer which hotel writes they offer.It did not come on time leaving me with 2 small kids on sun.Bed liens for one of rooms we missing.Room was not cleaned on 2nd day.Service at breakfast extremely slow.

Great, centrally located apartment
Lovely place with beautiful gardens. So peaceful. Very spacious apartment wirh everything we needed. Spotlessly clean. Great central location for exploring Symi. Superb breakfast. Highly recommended.

Fantastic!
Absolutely gorgeous place to stay, everywhere is immaculate, rooms cleaned daily, everywhere is finished to a really high standard. Breakfast is good quality and many choices, pool area lovely, could not fault one thing. Brilliant service collecting us from the ferry port and dropping us off again, perfect place to stay in Symi with just a 1 minute walk to the harbour where there are many shops and restaurants. Thank you very much.

Perfekt für uns
Kurz vor Saisonstart waren Symi und das Iapeto Village unsere ideale Destination um in entspannte Ferien zu tauchen. Das Hotel ist innen und aussen sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Das Angebot war - aufgrund Vorsaison - etwas eingeschränkt; für uns hat es aber so wie es war super gepasst. Wenn was gefehlt hat, half das Personal - ob beim Frühstück oder Badetuch- Bedarf - unkompliziert und freundlich weiter.

Lovely location and general 'feel' to the hotel.
Calm, peaceful, - a real oasis.All the staff are so friendly, and the design and layout of the public and garden areas has been given a lot of careful thought and are very well maintained. The pool is a real bonus for hotels on Symi, although the nearby sun loungers are a bit 'congested' around the edge. We would return there without any doubt.

Lovely quiet hotel
Lovely quiet hotel with pool. Could do with a mattress topper but I used the spare duvet and that did the job. Very helpful and kind staff.

Für Erholungssuchende ist die Insel Symi genau der richtig Ort, wobei sich auch hier ein "Nachtleben" stattfindet, und sich während der Sommermonate mit dem "Symi Festival" ein kulturelles Event etabliert hat. Der Ausflugstourismus von Rhodos erinnert tagtäglich an die nahegelegene große Ferieninsel, wobei aber ab 16:00 Uhr wieder die beschauliche Ruhe einkehrt. Der Neoklassizistische Stil des Hauptortes, sowie die über 300 Kirchen, Kapellen und einige Klöster der Insel, verschaffen Symi mit unnachahmlicher Stimmung zu allen Tageszeiten einen besonderen Reiz. Die zahlreichen guten bis sehr guten Tavernen und Restaurants sind für die Abrundung eines mediterranen Urlaubstages wie geschaffen. Die Badebuchten sind bequem mit den Taxibooten erreichbar, können aber auch teilweise erwandert werden. In diese Stimmung schmiegt sich das Iapetos Village wunderbar ein.

Lovely hotel
The hotel is near the town but in a quiet spot the rooms are clean and comfortable with tea facilities. Lovely gardens and the only hotel in Symi with a swimming pool . The breakfast is amazing

A Great Greek Hideaway
We have just returned from two weeks at the Iapitos and had a wonderful time. We were looked after well, even having a Cookie/Toffee Fairy visiting each evening while we were out having supper. Brilliant breakfasts with a very good choice and nice staff looking after you. The room maids were excellent and we always returned to a lovely clean apartment with plenty of fresh linen and towels. The pool was gorgeous except for being so cold, to us it was too cold as it is under cover and feel this could be remedied. The gardens were beautiful and are a star attraction to the hotel. If you want a nice quiet relaxing getaway this is the hotel for you.

Jag har besökt Iapetos village flera grr sista åren och det är alltid lika trevligt där,elegant,trevligt och bekvämt.Personalen är mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående, det är prisvärt,frukosten är bra.Att ha för små barn som springer runt rekomenderar jag ej,poolen är djup,kall och ej barnvänlig för små barn.Det finns planteringar överallt som inte lämpar sig för små barn,vassa taggar och giftiga blad.Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt men utan störande moped och biltrafik,en liten lugn oas.Ta med en egen kudde,det är det enda negativa med hotellet som har kuddar som är stenhårda.

Ideale Erholung
Für Erholung suchende Menschen ist Symi ideal geeignet. Der turistische Trubel spielt sich dort zwischen 11:00 Uhr und 16:00 Uhr mit den Tagestouristen aus Rhodos ab, dann kehrt wieder beschauliche Ruhe ein. Der Hauptort selbst ist sehr pittoresk im neoklassizistischen Stil gelegen und teilt sich in den fjordähnlichen Hafen (Gialós) und das Dorf (Chorió). Beide sind über die Kali Strata miteinander verbunden. Symi verfügt über mehr als 300 Kapellen, Kirchen, Klöster (unbewohnt) und dem Pilgerort Kloster Panormitis (bewohnt). Die Insel eignet sich im Frühjahr und Spätherbst auch für ausgedehnte Wanderungen. Am Abend hat man zahlreiche, teilweise sehr gute Restaurants und Tavernen in einer breiten Preis-, und Qualitätspanne zur freien Auswahl.

A Greek delight in every way
Everything about Iapetos was perfect - the fabulous accommodation, great food and drink, but most of all the delightful staff. We will return and cannot recommend Iapetos highly enough.

Great stay in Symi
We were very satisfied with Iapetos Village Hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very well situated close to the shops and restaurants of Symi port, but at the same time very quiet and relaxing. The inner courtyard was very pleasant.

what a magic island and hotel......its one of the best places that i have ever stayed with, right from the welcome and service throughout our stay i cannot fault a single item...except the pool is mega cold...hint pop on solar heating.....a great hotel and island will def return
