We had such a comfortable stay! The room was comfortable and clean, and it was relatively convenient to get around to where we wanted to get to from the hotel. Granted, the distance from the train station needs to be taken into consideration, but we enjoyed our time here nonetheless. Would definitely book a stay here again for our next trip to Taiwan.

Nice quiet neighborhood hotel, the curb appeal wasn't that impressive at first, but the room was surprisingly comfortable. I love the bed, bathrobe, shower, free mini bar and the breakfast buffet is fantastic.

Customer service was excellent and all staff members were very friendly. The staff members took our luggages immediately upon arrival and brought our belongings straight to our room. They would constantly open lobby doors and taxi doors as we entered/exit. House keeping staffs ensured we had everything we needed and offered to bring us anything we needed as well. Friendly people, clean and quiet neighborhood, will revisit in the future.

Staff friendly and helpful. Although we did not get any VIP upgrade, we were able to check-in around noon time before the normal check in time of 3 p.m. which was very useful for us.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The area around the hotel has many restaurants and cafes. There are two MRT stations just a few minutes away, so getting to rest of Taipei is easy.

Rooms are big. We had 1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 bedroom with twin beds. I asked for the 2 rooms to be near and was upgraded to a suite for the king bed. Both rooms are just as big. The size of the double beds are a bonus for my 2 6ft tall boys. Very clean, modern fittings in the bathroom. Convenient too. We enjoy walking. Love how we could get around on trains and also choose to walk to Taipei 101.
