Dear Anonymous:On behalf of the entire staff, we apologize our rooms did not meet your expectations. To clarify the "friends" were in a different room that did not meet their expectations and were moved to another room. The other party or "friends" met them in the parking lot and NEVER looked at their room and wanted to cancel prior to checking in. When the "friends" arrived 30 minutes later and wanted to cancel, they were informed the Guest Service Agent would have to speak to management. However, as it was after 4pm, the chances are the room/rooms would not be refunded. That being said, we are in the middle of remodeling our hotel to better accommodate our guests.

Dear Ms. Sharon. There seems to have some misinformation or communication or misunderstanding. We do housekeeping as requested by the guest or on the third day. If requested we prefer the guest not be in the room because covid is still going around. We do have coffee pots upon request but we also make coffee in the lobby. Right now coffee is the only thing that we are required to serve for breakfast according to our franchise but we choose to put the other breakfast items out for our guest and it is in compliance with our franchise. On our behalf we would like to apologize for any inconvenience, but in our defense there was a power outage that caused the well to go out and it had to refill which results in to the water coming out like that when you first turn it on. Again we apologize but the power outage was no fault of the hotel.

As for breakfast, we are only required to serve coffee at this time but we choose to still put breakfast out for our guests. We are limited on breakfast because we do not have a kitchen to cook in but we are in compliance with our franchise, we apologize that it wasn't what you expected.

Hello Christine. On behalf of the housekeepers we have a policy in place that since covid began we do not enter the guests rooms for housekeeping unless they request it. When he came and asked that night their room did get serviced the next day. I watched the housekeeper do it and I even asked the maintenance guy to grab a trash bag or recycle bin to help tote out all of the bottles and trash. We apologize for any inconvenience.
