Hotel was clean and comfortable. Pillows on bed were small and not very comfortable. Positives were pet friendly. Alarm clocks were set for midnightx2 woke us up !

This property was partially renovated. Many items were out of date like electrical outlets, doors, flooring. We were told it was a nursing home at one point and it looks like it. So odd.

Bar and restaurant were closed because someone was sick. Advertised as free breakfast. Got up in the AM. No breakfast no coffee. Person at deck didn’t know what was happening. I left. Very deceptive

I don't recommend unless some changes are made. The front desk was just ok. The breakfast was also just ok, and the lady serving it was unpleasant. Our bathroom had orange mildew in the shower and hair on the wall. The room is adequate, but as someone else noted, no refrigerator or microwave. Not what I would expect for $150.

This hotel left us with some mixed feelings. There are definite positives: the location is great. We felt safe. It’s off the main road so there isn’t road noise. You can walk to restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is clean. The breakfast was varied. The things that were negative just really stood out. The double Queen room we booked was tiny. There isn’t a chair or anywhere to sit except on the bed. The bathroom was nice but it has a glass panel running the entire length. Very little privacy! The worst thing was that the building itself felt poorly constructed. I’ve never been able to hear the footsteps of the room above as loudly as in this hotel. It felt like they were going to bust through the floor. This woke us several times in the night. And the door to our room had about an inch clearance off of the floor. This let in so much light and noise from the main lobby area. We would not stay in this hotel again.

As a solo traveler I am concerned about safety; I was pleasantly surprised to see that the property appeared well-maintained with adequate outside lighting in the parking lot. I was surprised that my room had neither a microwave nor a refrigerator, but it wasn't deal-breaker, especially, considering I did enjoy a quiet night of sleep. (This is a huge win.) Every staff member that I encountered was courteous and very helpful in answering my questions. They are a great team! I would opt to stay at this hotel in future.

Expedia website photos of room king bed was shown with refrigerator and microwave. But..............my King bedroom did not have either one. Checked with front desk.... reservation was through 3rd party (expedia) contract.... Would of had to work with expedia after arrival to cancel room and upgrade to a suite that would have a refrigerator and microwave..... Not what i was expecting. Breakfast was fantastic.

Every staff member we encountered, from check in staff to housekeeping, was amazing. Friendly, professional, and overall, so genuine, kind and caring! The hotel looked like a resort. We loved the extra touches, such as the foyer atmosphere as soon as you got off of the elevator including area rug, table, and flowers. Not just a lonely, dingy corridor for this Tryp, and we appreciated it. The rooms were clean and the beds..devine!

I want a full refund for this stay. This was our 1st time. We came down to Tallahassee for Thanksgiving with our family and didn't know what to expect. PROS: Great location of the hotel. Close to a lot of eating places/shopping areas. The hotel has a modern look and feel of the hotel. I was checked in by Ian who was pretty friendly and hospitable and made the process simple and easy. CONS: This was my first time and so my expectation was high. On hotels.com the room we wanted showed that it was a family suite with king and bunk beds. I thought that was very unique for my children so I wanted to book that room. Only to find out that this hotel did not have that room available for me. Instead it was a family suite_king size bed, with a pull out sofa. When I asked about that situation, they said it was not their fault. It's the third party( hotels.com)which posted the wrong picture. This was false misrepresention. I was not very happy with that at all, bc we paid a lot of money for this room. There was some mildew inside shower. The bathroom smelt like cigarette ash. Even though there was a sign that said that this is a smoke-free environment. I thought that was odd because I don't smoke and it made me nautious. It should have been a non-smoking room. Heater didn't work properly, so we were cold in the room. no maintenance on site, so problem was not resolved. Beakfast was not full spread bc of Thanksgiving. It would've been nice to have this posted before I bookedthishotel.

Tired and old.
Property was quiet but not in great condition. Floor tile grout in Bathroom was dirty. Paint smudges on floor, counter and shower. Tired old door frames missing caulking were evident. Creaking from room above at 6am woke us. Property is not in good condition. Caters to highway workers on this stay. Although staff was friendly and helpful, we would not stay here again.

The staff was courteous enough to allow for early check-in and the lobby was nice. However, the room was awful. There seems to be a mold issue which is being covered up by a strong air freshener scent in room 121. The toilet was also not reliable and difficult to flush. The conditions were unacceptable and we had to check out early. To make matters worse, our CPAP machines were contaminated and needed to be completely sterilized, replacing filters, etc. I hope that you will consider refunding the cost of our stay and investigating and resolving these unsanitary issues.
