Nice but somewhat noisy.
The motel is by the road. Thus somewhat noisy. The attendant is very kind. The motel is inexpensive and relatively clean. It is a nice place to stay a night or two to visit the neighberhood of Perry.

Preis-Leistung ist ok. Die Anlage ist zwar etwas älter aber das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und alles funktioniert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Excellent value! Rooms are remodeled, clean, and comfortable! We are frequent travelers and could have spent twice as much and it wouldn't have been any better. Don't hesitate to stay at the Royal I nn!

I loved that it was a vintage motel with all the modern updates! But you could still back up to your door and use a key to open the door! The property was great. The owner takes great pride in his property and it shows in every aspect of a comfortable, clean room.

I liked that our room was spotlessly clean, simply but nicely decorated and that check in was a breeze. The owners were present and very nice to meet. We will return on our trip back from south Florida.

It was a very good value for the area we stayed. Staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean, you could tell they have been doing updates on the rooms and you can’t beat the price!

Rooms were freshly painted and floors were newish .. very clean and bed was comfortable .. the furniture was dated but everything was clean . The bathroom still had some dated tiles on the walls but a new vanity and toilet ..plenty of Hot water and again .. it was Clean . Really have nothing bad to say about the room .

The rooms were extremely clean and the front desk was very personable. You can tell they are still fixing a few things in the room but it’s by far one of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in for a long time. I would definitely stay here again.

We feel that the owners were very attentive to us. They were most hospitable and provided an extra blanket for us. I would highly recommend this hotel for a very good place to stay. The price is good.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Loved that the carpets were replaced with luxury vinyl. Good price. Owner/manager was very friendly! The only negative (and minor) was that empty paint cans were left outside rooms and the refrigerator was noisy. I didn’t need the fridge so I just unplugged it. Would definitely stay again.

Super friendly staff, clean room, really comfortable bed. Some road noise could be heard early on, but great night's sleep!

Old School/New School In Perry Florida
Refurbished motel, harkening to times past. Room 17: Spacious, separate bath. Eco- toilet, CLEAN. Good hot water supply, nice thick towels, very comfortable king bed, new couch, modern in wall A/C, wood look flooring and quiet. Images on Hotel.com are true to life ( NO Fisheye ) Room rate lowest in town. Friendly staff, easy check-in. We enjoyed our stay and extended one day due to weather.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Parking was right in front of your door no stairs to climb. Was a bit noisy from traffic on the road way but that did get better later in the evening. Would stay there again.

An older motel that has had updates. The people there are keeping it clean and tidy. It was a very nice place to spend the night. The person we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I do definitely recommend this motel!

At check-in the man at the desk identified as the owner. The following morning I went for ice to find the ice machine not working and the same man said they had an electrical issue the night before. Then I informed him of no hot water for our morning shower to which he said he had a problem with the gas. I asked for some some consideration with his room rate and asked why we were not told of no hot water. He became very rude and said he had no contol over any of that. A bit later when I dropped the room key at tge desk, he was verbally abusive and Threatening. The room was very dated, but otherwise just ok. But I would never suggest anyone book here due to the rude and abusive owner/manager.

Very began, this guest is looking for something for nothing. So, we have Hurricane hit in area 3 week ago so still everything is not stable yet and something we can't control.

we don't allow 5 people in one king room.price is based on 2 Guest per room. You say you don't care but I care I don't went to destroy room. And I care about the Guest stay next to you they pay the same amount you pay and come with 5 people and stand outside and talk and smock.

Motel was super clean. It was no frills but we were satisfied with our stay. If we ever have the need to travel that way again we will definitely stay there. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
