안전하고 깔끔한 느낌의 호텔
방은 넓지 않지만 안락하고 조식이 맛이 있습니다. 직원들이 친절한 편입니다. 하지만 주변에 편의시설이 없습니다.

Nice breakfast, central location, clean. Drawbacks: block 50€ for minibar use unexpectedly. Please check your magnetic cards work well, even Receptionist could open the door from the first attempt.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Leider sind die Matratzen ziemlich durchgelegen und die Putzfrau tauschte benutzte Gläser und Tassen auf dem Zimmer nicht.

Das Fenster konnte nur gekippt werden und fiel dennoch immer wieder zu. Zimmer war leider überhaupt keine gute Luft. Zudem ließ sich die Heizung nicht ausschalten sodass die Luft sehr trocken war. Ansonsten gut gelegen und und freundliches Personal.

Hyvä hotelli vanhakaupungin laidalla
Hotelli sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla liikenneyhteyksien ja vanhakaupungin tuntumassa. Vastaanotossa minua ei heti huomioitu, ja jouduin odottamaan ainoan virkailijan vapautumista hieman. Vuoroni tultua palvelu oli kuitenkin ystävällistä. Yhden henkilön huone on mukava, ja työpöytä kätevä lisä. Näkymä seinänkorkuisesta ikkunasta oli hieno, ja pimennysverho varmisti hyvät yöunet. Siistissä kylpyhuoneessa oli kaikki tarvittavat hyödyt hoitoainetta lukuunottamatta, mikä ei tosin ole Virossa poikkeuksellista.

Amazing hotel for the price, a really good location walkable to Old Town, bathrooms are clean and has heated floors, bed and pillows are really comfortable, really friendly and helpful staff, it basically has everything you need.

Ikke helt etter forventningene.
Vi bodde på hotellet i en uke. På den uken vasket de ikke badegulvet. Det var veldig støvete. Dusj-nisjen var skitten. Sleip på gulvet og skitt i fugene på gulv og vegger. Sengen ble ikke reiet ordentlig opp og sengetøy ble skiftet en gang, dagen før vi reiste hjem. Vi ønsket å spise middag på hotellets restaurant en kveld, men fikk beskjed om at da måtte vi ha reservert så det var umulig. Det var ingen gjester i restauranten på det tidspunktet. Da vi kom tilbake etter å ha spist en annen plass, var det fremdeles meget god plass i restauranten. Resepsjonistene var hyggelige. Frokosten var OK. Litt kjedelig mat når man skal være en uke.

Hyvässä paikassa sijatseva hotelli, kätevä ihmisille, jotka matkustavat autolla. Helppo pysäköidä viereisella kadulla (missä on halvempi) tai pihassa. Viihtyisä pieni aamupala sali, hyvät ruoat, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Jos ikkuna on kadulle päin, on aika meluisa.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 10-15 Gehminuten vom Domberg entfernt. Und obwohl es an einer Hauptstraße liegt, war es sehr ruhig im Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber, geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Im Bad gibt es sogar Fußbodenheizung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war auch sehr gut und lecker. Kann man wirklich weiterempfehlen.
