직원들 매우 친절함. 객실도 깨끗하고 좋았음. 화장실이 벽이 유리로 되있어서 객실과 훤히보여 첨에 깜짝놀랐지만 블라인드 내릴 수 있었음. 호텔 바로 옆 건물에 편의점있고 주위에 식당, 쇼핑센터, 공원, 먹자골목이 있었음. 호텔 앞에서 택시가 잘 안잡힘. 데스크에 이야기하면 됨.

Evertime I went to Ipoh, I stay in Excelsior Hotel. The price is reasonable and near to food,shopping and massage. Is clean and quiet.Surprising on ramadan period they offer us free buffet breakfast.

This place is good. At the back of the hotel a lot of tim sum restaurant. Near to shopping area. The hotelbis clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff. Easy and quick check in. Breakfast is fine. Room is clean with coffee and tea facility with a kettle and fridge. Added benefit of a safe provided. Will stay there again. lts convenient and walkable to food area. Parking available.

部屋は最悪だった。貸金庫が無い。洗面台の蓋が無い。タオルが2枚しか無い。(2人で宿泊)部屋は埃だらけ。何度も電話した。しかし立地は良いので美味しいお店が有り便利。

The hotel location was in a very convenient place. All hotel workers are very nice. They had a nice breakfast with hard working friendly staff. The room was very clean. The only thing was at night they had a Karaoke or some sort of party at a lower floor. The sound travelled to the hotel room. But it was a very minor point. Overall, it was a good hotel with the price I paid and made my Ipoh stay great.

The hotel was very clean, staff was excellent. Breakfast had a lot of choices. The internet was erratic. Had to reconnect several times. Room service was great. Room sizzle very small and no shelving in the closet to lay out the clothes. Had to work out of the suitcases.

The hotel room condition was exceeded our expectation considering the pricing. The location is excellent which is near to many attractions and famous restaurants. However, the live band opposite the hotel was really noisy on Sat night. The noise was continued till past midnight. Other than that, the room was good value for money.

The room is very down, doors frames are already rotten and cannot be locked for the toilet door also. Did not provide any hand or face towels. Some rooms (we had booked 4 rooms) are choked and water flows very slowly. Poor housekeeping, only tidy up the bed and replenish the used towels, but floors are not vaccum and the rubbish (tissue papers dropped on the floor) still can be found on the floor lying same place after housekeeping. Only good of the hotel is the accessiblities to the nearby places for food and massage.

I paid RM70 for the deposit when checking in. A dishonest front desk staff insisted that the said sum is paid for the government tax and it is not refundable when checking out. I had a receipt with me to proof the above.

You will regret to stay in this hotel
The only advantage to stay in this hotel is the location it situated. Other than this, I think Motel can be better in turn of room cleanliness, quietness, internet wifi speed, toiletry supplies, house keeping, breakfast quality and choice of foods... If you need to stay in this hotel and thinking of taking breakfast there, I think you should save the money and enjoy breakfast outside rather than eating low quality food inside the hotel. I gave up taking breakfast there after my first BF there though I had paid for it. I had 2 transaction for my credit cards for nothing after checking my credit card notice and hope there cancel those transactions by now.
