Hello, I am so sorry for the unfortunate experience you had at the Hotel. My team has been trained to make every guest feel welcome, especially after such a long trave day. I assure you the coaching to my night auditor will be addressed. We also noted that the room conditions were not to your satisfaction. I will work with my Housekeepers to determine where we can improve. We have all the notifications about the Hotel under renovation to all our booking partner channels. We also remind every guest at check in and have displays explain the work. The team works on the renovation from 8 am to 6 pm daily.
