Booked this property for the hot tub specifically(which broke the first night, daughter fell in the bathroom, not due to any reason from us, was told they didn’t have first aid for guess, and made the rest of my stay miserable. Found 3 bugs in my room. And staff was not very nice or try to make anything right. Was just rolls not something caused by us. Hours do I know the first time someone went up they did fix it and kept making us come back to the hotel for them to go a second time to check my room. They informed me the day before someone has antsy came and looked at it

The property is certainly dated, the hallways smell smoke and look shady. I would take my family and older parents back to this hotel. The scrambled eggs for breakfast taste like plastic. The bathrooms and beds were old and rusty.

From the moment we walked in Korena was above and beyond welcoming and helpful. As I met the other staff all seemed to be so friendly and attentive. The room was amazingly clean and relaxing. Truly a wonderful experience and will come back again.

The staff was very nice at this facility. The property overall is in very poor condition. The common areas and the halls were all roughed up - the room was musty and the bathroom doors would not lock into place due to the spring-tabs were both broken on both doors.

We were there when the hotel was full of teenagers from Alabama. They were noisy most of the night, took over the breakfast and the lobby area. Not the hotel's fault but did not make the stay enjoyable.

It was off the beaten path. I Googled hotels close the State Fairgrounds and this property showed up...it was not by the Fairgrounds. I had an ongoing issue with the front desk about charging items to my room as well.

The bathroom in my bedroom was not clean. The bathroom sink showed toothpaste from a last guest, the toilet seat was left up as though a man, perhaps, had just used it, and the floor around the toilet was filthy. The shower flooded a bit, so I was cleaning up the floor, and it looked like the bottom of the toilet and the floor around it hadn't been touched in quite some time. A friend had tried to tell me La Quintas had a reputation for not being clean, but I thought I'd try you anyway, and I regret it, especially as this stay was the most expensive of my entire week. A hint: I'm a manager, and from time to time I go behind the staff I supervise and check their work. That would be so easy for you to do - there's nearly nothing worse than a bathroom that isn't clean.

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but could be improved by changing options. We stayed several nights and breakfast options never changed. We had a chair that needed removed as it wasn’t useable, it was never replaced although I inquired twice.
