Not a good place to stay. I recommend that Hotels.Com remove this hotel out of the listing it making Hotel.com look very bad. They don’t have any professionalism. Dirty place it located in a bad area. I have a horrible experience.

This place should be condemned. To start our room was given to someone else. The hallway had a foul odor that stayed in your nose. They eventually found a room and it was trash. A roach was roaming around and a ton of bugs flying by the window. The walls had holes, dents and the restroom wall was literally peeling off. Everything was in total distress. It was so disgusting I cannot believe Orbitz would partner with a place like this. It looked like a place where maybe homeless people were given a voucher for shelter. Needless to say we went elsewhere for our stay in Tampa.

Our room wasn’t clean at all there was trash under the beds, the bathroom door was busted looked like it was kicked in beds you could fee the springs through the mattress. I’m the parking lot was men with young lady’s and they looked as if they were pimping them out the smell of marijuana was over whelming in the hotel and outside this property needs to bed checked by police and heath department

I am speechless to the condition of this facility. Bugs, cigarette burns, stained sheets, smelly, dirty... do not recommend. But, the check in guy was friendly!

Dit hotel is vervallen, vies en niets doet het. Wij waren met oudere mensen (aangegeven bij boeking) kregen een kamer op bovenste verdieping. Niet erg zou je denken maar helaas deden alle liften het niet dus moesten we twee trappen op naar de kamer. Daarna alle koffers naar boven want het was niet de buurt waar je alles in je auto zou achterlaten. De kamer was vies wel erg ruim maar de badkamer was oud en er was veel stuk en beschimmeld.

DO NOT COME HERE. PHOTOS LIE!
We have photos and video. The photos on the website LIE. This place is HORRIBLE. Dirty carpets, mold, roaches, stench of marijuana fills the entire building. No fridge, no microwave, TV didn’t work, everything in disrepair. Huge stains on carpet throughout entire hotel. It was INSANELY bad! When asked for refund I was told they would talk with the manager. The ONLY thing that was good were the two ladies working there, who really tried to accommodate us. Was impossible though. This hotel is worse than Florida PRISONS.

This was the nastiest place I've ever stepped foot into. The hallway carpet is full of mystery stains. The room had bugs in the sink, dirt and foot prints everywhere, and an acrylic nail was left in the sink cubby which makes it very clear to me they didn't clean the room at all. We lifted up the mattresses to check for bed bugs and there was dirt and stains all over the sheets and underneath. We didn't even stay here because it was so nasty. There were signs everywhere about human trafficking which just felt odd. Nowhere else in the area had anything like that. The side door was boarded up with wood and cardboard. Very sketchy and nasty place.

Lo peor que he visto. Muy sucio, el lavamanos no sirve está tapado, la alfombra llena de basura y pegajosa, con un mal olor a sucio, la base de la cama es una tabla clavada más grande que el colchón y para colmo cucarachas en la cama. Solo me quedé 4 horas porque llegue a la 1 de la madrugada y nunca me da volvieron el dinero, tuve que pagar otro hotel por el resto de mis vacaciones

False advertising!
My husband and I were very disappointed. We had paid for three days but after the first night we left the next morning. The bed was so broken down that when I sat on the edge I fell back into the bed from it being broken down in the center which made for a long night. I also was afraid to leave my luggage sitting because of a roach crawling around. The hallway to get to the room was very stained and smelled badly. The pictures online done this place no justice. Very 😔

Dirty & stained carpeting in hallways not vacuumed, cockroaches in room and hallways, spiderwebs in hallways. Light bulb missing in main lamp to light room, plus a burned out bulb in bathroom. Reported to front desk they said they would send someone right away, after more than 2 hours and complaining again they offered to change rooms, by then it was after 11 pm. no thanks that late next room might be worst and had to leave 5 am to go for cancer operation at USF Moffitt. Bath tub had been painted and was peeling paint. Upon checking in 4 Tampa Police officers were taking out a prisoner in cuffs. Bed frame in room in need of repair. No Ice Machine. Pool shut down and has been shut down for months but ad features pic of pool, which was the reason for booking there, I wanted to swim and relax at pool before next day surgery. People complaining tv in rooms not working. Smell of marijauna smoking coming out or rooms while walking down hallways. Small flying bugs in room plus seen a lizard crawling in room. A outside security door at end of a hall had broken lock and open to all. Back parking area not properly lighted for secure parking.

This place was the dirtiest ever. Bathroom floor was sticky, sheets were dirty, carpet had black mold, and bathroom ceiling fell.

The place is just one upgrade above sleeping under the bridge. The smell, the dirtiness, the broken walls etc.

The room A/C unit held off the floor with a stick. The horizontal sliding WINDOW was held closed ..with a stick!!! There was BLACK MOLD on the wall above and below the window from a leak. More black MOLD on bathroom ceiling. A single table Lamp was provided; it had only a bulb... NO LAMP SHADE. ROACHES on the wall. The bathroom sink light flashed strobe-like. Used Q-tip and child's whistle still under the bed. No hangers; A/C worked. UNPAINTED repairs on wall surfaces. Floor was sticky.

That was the worst place I ever seen . I believe the jail of 3rd world country is more clean than this hotel. Hallway awe full .back Exit door broken glass and fixed by wood . Room lamp had no bulb .room Floor full of dirt . Room door , never seen like that before full of jerm . I checked the room and then immediately returned the key back to reception and checked out and stayed in another place .

You get what you pay for.
The room itself was clean enough for the price, albeit lacking basic amenities. The hotel itself smelled musky and the hallways were quite dirty.
