It was more than I expected. It was clean, and comfortable. And, It provided free shuttle from the hotel to the airport. Staff's service was satisfactory.

냉정한 평가.. 음.. 만족하는 편입니다.
전체 평점은 5점 줬습니다. 가성비로 생각하면 근처 노보텔 보다 매우 훌륭합니다. 객실청결도와 기타 기본적은 호텔이 가지고 있어야 할 서비스들은 제대로 다 가지고 있는 호텔이라 생각됩니다. 조식도 근처 호텔들중 비교를 하면 다양하고 맛이 좋은편입니다. 단점을 말씀드릴께요 1. 술을 판매 하지 않습니다. 호텔 안 어디에도 술을 판매 하지 않습니다. 그래서 저는 마트가서 술을 사다가 마셨습니다. 로비 카페에 맥주를 가지고 가서 안주를 시킨 후 마셨습니다. 일하는분들이 친절해서 그렇게 해도 된다고 하여 일주일동안 그렇게 즐겼습니다. 식사나 술 안주 정도는 저렴한 편입니다. 2. 밤에 잘 시간인데 복도에서 소음이 좀 있습니다. 손님이 그런건지 아니면 일 하는 사람들이 그런건지는 잘 모르겠지만 소음이 몇일동안 있어서 좀 짜증났습니다. 3. 수영장이 있는걸로 알고 있지만 사실 보지는 못했습니다. 어딘가에는 있겠지요 ^^ 4. 마사지 서비스도 없습니다. 그래서 근처 가서 발마사지 받고 들어왔습니다. 5. 호텔 뷰가 음.. 이건 단점중 최고의 단점입니다.. 뷰라고 할게 없습니다. 6. 근처에 아~~~~~~~~~~무 것도 없습니다. 편의점도 없습니다. 그래서 모든걸 호텔 들어올때 근처 마트 가서 사왔습니다. 장점은 가격에 비해 호텔 청결도와 친절도 규모 매우 만족했습니다.

호텔은 깨끗하고 시설도 좋습니다. 다만 위치가 시내에서 멀기 때문에 자주 시내로 왕복하는 경우 좋지 않습니다. 하지만 이것만 빼면 시설이나 가격은 매우 좋은 편입니다.

I like it because they handle the check in and check out process fast, assigned the room as I requested. Variety of breakfast food and drink is limited but it’s ok, would need improvement on egg station though. Other than that all good and would recommend it to my friends.

The satff was so nice and helpfull being my first tike in the country the gm of the place took me out to lunch they stopped and took the time to help out showing me cool things to check out ended up chatting for 3 hrs or so and my laundry still smells amazing from there laundry service there pool was refreshing and aparntly they are looking in to more green sustaniable systems for there place was amazing to hear such a effort like that is a money saver and great for all

Only one small tube of shampoo&shower gel bad quality. As we are vegetarians, there is no much food for us at breakfast: very limited choice of vegetables and fruits

Leuk hotel dat met hun shuttlebus zeker makkelijk is om vanaf het vliegveld te bereiken. Natuurlijk wel rekening houdend met het drukke Indonesische verkeer en de diverse omleidingen die er altijd zijn. De kamer is ruim en zeer comfortabel met een goed werkend wifi. Zwembad en Fitness mag wel het eerste op de lijst van verbeteringen komen, want het is nogal summier. Ontbijt in lokaal en internationaal, maar als er ook een conventie is, kan het wel erg druk zijn.

This hotel is near the station Batu Ceper, it takes about 15 mins walk from the station to the hotel! They also provide airport shuttle services! It was very comfortable and convenient to stay here one night before flight!!

Nice large hotel by the airport
Used as a close hotel to the airport. Nice enough large hotel, didn’t seem like there was much around so was disappointed that some things on the menu weren’t available when there’s no other option around.

Ok place ..... nice pool to relax for overnight stay. But pls not this is a dry hotel and this is not advertised ... I couldn’t get a glass of wine to go hoy with my dinner

Had issue but fixed to our satisfaction.
Hotel about 15-20 mins. from airport via slow roads that wind around the airport, although close on a map. Had issue being picked up as the shuttle did not come but hotel resolved the issue as they understood what happened, apologized and were fair. For the price, the value is great. If wanting perfection go elsewhere. This seems to be an Indonesian chain who try are service oriented. Bedding is superior, rooms are ample size. Staff are trained well and friendly. A map was supplied for the trains and clear directions, also. We will stay again without hesitation.

5 Star hotel at much lower price!
It is a very nice hotel. It could not have been much nicer. It’s pretty, the service is OUTSTANDING, and it’s clean. The room service is great and the food is excellent. The food is the best deal, while the drinks which are all non-alcoholic are very pricey but good as well. If you want to save, buy some bottle or can drinks and put them in your fridge in your room. You’ll save quite a bit. The room was clean and pretty and super comfy. The bathroom was pretty and had plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet is super good, with about 3-4 different breakfast cuisines each day. If you want a Western breakfast, it’s there. If you want Chinese or sushi or Indonesian, it’s there as well. Juices, milk, coffee, lattes, doughnuts, muffins, and more. It’s fantastic!
