위치가 최고이며 깨끗하고 직원들도친절합니다 아쉽다면 와이파이가 룸에서는 안되고 일층 로비서만되는게 좀아쉬웠읍니다

Good location Dated hotel
Location excellent for walking. A taxi ride to the station and ferry terminal. Rooms dated and a lot of noise from water pipes and lift wells. Coffee machine in bar not working. I would not stay again

Uima-altaan vesi oli likaista, mutta altaasta kyllä poistettiin roskia joka päivä. Hotellin sisäpihalla hyvä hotellin oma ravintola jossa livemusiikkia puolille öin saakka. Huoneiden ikkunat äänieristettyjä eikä kadun melu kuulunut sisälle. Kaikissa/suurimmassa osasta huoneista tupakoidaan enkä saanut tapakoimatonta huonetta vaikka sitä erikseen pyysin. Siivous pelasi ja kylpyhuone oli vasta remontoitu, mutta kylppärissä ei ollut pyyhekoukkuja eikä mitään ripustaa pyyhkeet kuivumaan.

A fuir. Cet hôtel est un véritable désastre
L'hygiène est déféctueuse, le personnel est incompétent. Mes enfants, mon épouse et moi-même avons passé 3 nuits au milieu des cafards et dans un bruit assourdissant jusqu'à 3 heures du matin (musique). A fuir.

Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional and very accommodating to our requests. We loved the pool and the garden around it - so lush, beautiful and peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only two minor things I disliked were the loud noise from the elevator at night and the shortage of lounging chairs at the pool (you need to secure yours in the morning). Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations. Chellah will be our go-to hotel in the future.

Not what l expected...
Food, was ok. Service was very nice..but the room...not at all what was shown on the online booking: Old smell, old carpets, booked a double bed and i got 2 separate beds, shower was falling appart. Expect loud show music up til midnight even with closed windows, AC but no remote to use it and a TV as small as my hand.

Voy con mucha frecuencia Tanger y me he alojado en varios hoteles de la ciudad. Para empezar en la recepción, pese a tener reserva para mi y mi pareja (con la que convivo en España desde hace 9 años y tenemos una hija en común) me dijeron que tenía que pagar un suplemento (una nueva habitación) o bien dar una propina al recepcionista. El motivo no estar casados. Trate de explicarle que en Febrero Estuvimos en el hotel HIlton de Tanger sin este problema, en Diciembre en el IBIS sin problema, en noviembre en el Umnia, sin problema, pero el recepcionista con bastante poca educacion no atendió as razones, mas allá de ofrecer a mi pareja 8en arabe) para que yo no me enterara, la posibilidad de llegar a "un acuerdo". Además hotel muy viejo, los colchones de muelles antiguos. en definitiva no se lo recomiendo a nadie, máxime con la oferta que existe en Tanger de establecimientos hoteleros.

(en anglais) I will not be returning to the Hotel Chellah and will probably refrain from booking with Expedia again. I paid the lowest price for the room, which involved a payment in advance and a no-cancellation policy. The Chellah, which was not full, has about 25 rooms on each floor, and each floor has one room that shares a wall with a very old and noisy elevator. While I understand I did not pay a great deal for this room, I still did not expect to be on top of the elevator. I think that both Expedia and the Hotel need to make it clear that if you pay a low rate you receive this horrible room. I would have paid more if I had known that. This room should only be used when the hotel is totally full and the customers should be told in advance that the elevator noise is a big problem.

J'ai confirmé une réservation a cette hotel malheureusement quand je suis arrivé ils m'ont dis que c'est complet j'ai réservé par le site expedia c'est du manque de sérieux et de l'incompétence .j'avertis tous les clients pour le non sérieux de cette hotel et d'éviter de prendre des chambres à mon avis c'est des arnaqueurs

Staff charge city tax in cash and when you ask them for a receipt, they get annoyed. Rooms were much worse than the photos we saw online. No hot water in the morning before our flight- Had a cold water shower at 5am. The only good thing about this place is the Italian restaurant round the corner called anna e paolo.

A lovely stay
I loved the ambiance and 1960s look of Chellah. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The rooms are basic but have everything you need. I would definitely stay again.

Einfaches Hotel in der Innenstadt
Der Pool hat nur bis 18:00 geöffnet - leider nix wenn man abends ankommt und sich noch erfrischen möchte. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Taxi Flughafen zwischen 120 und 150 MAD. Es gibt ein nett aussehendes Gartenrestaurant und eine Bar.

The check in process was easy. The room was old and not too tidy. The bathtub was filfthy with a thick layer of film as well as the shower curtain. I advised reception and it was cleaned, but I asked to have my room changed. Hey did so with no problem. Breakfast was decent.

Dont stay here, reviews tell the truth, shit show!
So many things need to change for this hotel to be good. For starters management dont read the booking! I paid for a Jr suite. tried to put me in a crappy regular room. I get into the suite and there are holes in the shower walls, corroded shower heads and bugs. I was able to open the door with a credit card in 30 seconds!!!!! no key!!! told the manager he said dont worry about it, no one will steal from you. I also ordered a non smoking room, no such thing here every room has ashtrays. in the morning 6am I woke up to my room filled with smoke from the next room. went to the desk changed rooms, put me in a regular room again, told them I paid for a suite, had to wait 3 hours fo a new suite to open. get there (not nearly as nice without a balcony too) at this point I just wanted to leave. thankfully I only stayed 2 nights. Oh the pool closes at 6pm, sunset is at 8pm, this is Africa!!!!!!! it is hot!!!!!! last thing Wifi sucks!!!!! get your act together Chellah!!!!!!!

It doesnt seem like hotel caters to tourists, they do not have any maps of the city and do not bother to explain anything related to the city or attractions, like other hotels I have experienced. On two separate occasions I asked for wifi, the first time, the first guy said only allowed in loby, I asked for password and he said there is no password. Out of frustration and lack of help, I decided to go back to room. Second time I asked, a girl finally gave us the password to the wifi. Coming from a different country, I feel that staff need more customer service training, especially to tourists. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.

The Hotell was really nice from the inside, clean and coumfortable. The brekfast was really good. The staff spoke good english and we were able to change Money at the Hotell and it didnt cost much. Really enjoyed our stay!

Close to town.
I think this was my eighth visit to the Chellah. Although the music at night was a little interfering it still didn't spoil my stay. I hope to return soon.
