최적의 위치에 있는 호텔
구시가지에 가까이 있어 편리하지만 주변이 시끄럽고 산만하다. 방은 상당히 작다. 조식은 부페식으로 선택 하였으나 개별적으로 주는 아메리칸스타일의 조식 이었음

Vieillot mais magnifique vue et bien situé
Les chambres sont un peu petites et les draps avec des anciennes petites taches (bien que propres). Mais juste pour la piscine et la vue de la terrasse, ainsi que l’emplacement, il en vaut amplement le prix.

Hyvä perushotelli vanhan kaupungin kupeessa. Sijainti mitä parhain vanhassa kaupungissa pyörimiseen. Bussiasemalta (ylämäkeen) kävelee n. 20 minuutissa hotellille. Uima-allas oli ruuhkainen ja siellä oli vain 6 tuolia. Palvelu oli asiallisen kuivaa, aamupalaa ei tarjottu enkä sitä kysynytkään. Siivous toimi ja sänkykin oli ihan ok. Huoneiston ovet ja seinät olivat vanhoja joten käytävältä ja muista huoneista kantautui melua jos siellä sattui olemaan normaalia meluvampaa porukkaa. Onneksi vain yhtenä yönä näin oli.

Pour une nuit si on a besoin de se reposer, cest compliqué.. bruyant, on entend tous les voisins et leur télévision. Ce n’est pas un 4 etoiles a mon avis, tout juste 2. Il est annoncé vin au restaurant mais pas du tout...salle de bain étriquée et deux mini savon. Je ne ferais pas un long sejour ici, et ne pense pas y revenir même pour une nuit.

Malgré un personnel gentil, cet hotel ne correspond pas du tout aux 4 etoiles annoncées. Meme pas 3. Il a fallu réclamer à 17h que la chambre soit faite, et discuter fermement car le passage de la femme de chambre etait prevu à 20h! Hotel de passage pour de grands groupes, donc tres bruyant jour et nuit.

Best possible location for visiting the old medina. This is the only hotel that I can see near the medina with parking. Nice lobby, room is fine. The only real negative is that there was no water and they were misleading about when that water would be returned. It eventually came on at 1:50 am.

Blue city.
Excellent location next to the beautiful historic Chefchaouen blue city. Within Walking distance to great restaurants and local town style coffee shops. Nevertheless, breakfast was not to our standing. Bring your own bottle of purified water.

ich war letzte Jahr hier, und dieses Jahr habe ich micht wieder für dieses Hotel entschieden, glücklicherweise war als wie gewünscht, super Lage, Zimmer wurde jeden tag gereinigt, Personal waren freundlich, sehr schöner Blick. einzige Nachtteil, im Zimmer gab kein waser kein Kaffee oder Tee, leider wenn man nach verdurstet, muss man den Empfang anrufen und Wasser besten.

Nice friendly, clean hotel to chill at.
The good: Nice hotel just Outside of the medina so out of the hecticness. My room was facing the medina and car park that is Very busy and noisy, however with the windows closed, it wasn't a problem and i slept very well. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows for me. The room was clean and was tidied each day. The housekeeping staff work hard and are great at their job so thankyou ladies. The staff on the whole were friendy and accommodating. Reception were very good at aiding me to extend my stay when fully booked on all search engines and they didn't think it was possible at first. So nice outcome for me. And the guys in the restaurant are friendly. The pool was nice and clean, saw it cleaned each day and the area again each evening. It was lovely and refreshing but most times unable to get near as it was very busy with families, fair enough. So try to use it early before the masses come! The not so bad: I paid for the breakfast twice, i wasn't enthralled with it and didn't get my monies worth as it were! but that's just personal preference to be fair. Lots of heavy stuff like pastries, breads. A variety of fruits and yoghurts, maybe museli or something, rather than all just sugared cereals and sweets. No bar serving alcohol anymore. The dirty carpet runners in the hallway of the rooms let you down though! Take them out and just have the tiles, it will appear much cleaner!

They need to collect taxes at the start of the stay. They needed to indicate that the room did not include breakfast and what the breakfast rate is. I was with a group and a man collected 70 dirham for it after I had started. The breakfast is extremely expensive and it was embarrassing to not have been told and to get money out while eating. The staff in general had a hateful and racist attitude. Their job is to do their work, regardless of what they think about the guests. Not a friendly space at all. Any and all rules related to the premise need to be posted clearly. Any attitude outside of it does not need to be tolerated by people paying US$80 per night. The view is amazing and so is the location of the hotel.

Horrible cleanliness.. mould in the bathroom… late check in guy was sleeping and told us straight up he has to sleep so hurry up… location is good though

Es un hotel que conozco desde niño, se ha ido degradando poco a poco, el personal sigue siendo encantador, amable y atentos en todo momento, la habitaciones son pequeñas para un hotel de hoy en día, los baños viejos y obsoletos para un 4*, me hospedo allí unas 3/4 veces al año por que es el mas cómodo de la ciudad pero deja bastante que desear, es de los pocos sitios donde después de un viaje puedes tomarte una cervecita fría, pero en esta ocasión el bar estaba cerrado.

Chefchaouen ist mein Liebling stadt, sehr ruhig Leute sind sehr freundlich und gastfreundlich, das Wetter ist bezaubernden das Hotel war gut, hat mich gut gefreut, Personal waren sehr freundlich, Blick vom Zimmer war sehr schön, Frühstück war akzeptabel könnte aber besser sein. 2 min zu Fuß von der Stadt. The room and lobby were good. Check in was smooth. I booked the hotel since it had a nice online it showed it had pool and as a swimmer I like to do laps as part of my daily workout routine so I booked it. I was so livid to see feces in the pool!! When I shared this with the staff member he said it was a maintenance issue so he could not help me! The pool was very dirty and I have pictures as support. We checked out the next day but would have extended for another night if the pool was clean.

People working here were nice but It could’ve been better, TVs weren’t working not even programmed, bathroom sink shaking , light in the bedroom flashes while using a power outlet, parking was so tight we barely got out of our car, I just don’t think was worth what I paid for having a junior suite, too tight and even the view wasn’t what orbitz had show me on the picture my windows were facing literally the parking lot ,I didn’t even have any kind of a balcony. Generally this hotel is way overpriced.
