NO RESERVEN EN ESTE HOTEL NUNCA
Fatal, íbamos a comprar una noche más y nos sacaron de hotel como a unos perros porque aún cuando ya se le había informado al supuesto gerente que nos quedaríamos una noche más y él aún así colocó las habitaciones como disponibles y no nos informaron nada yo baje a las 9am para tratar de que me ayudaran con el pago porque la tarjeta no se aparecía la compra y fue hay cuando me indicaron que no podíamos continuar en el hotel. El chico de la limpieza súmante amable pero la atención al cliente un ASCOOOOO…

Excelente hotel, vale la pena considerarlo.
Fue una excelente reservación. El hotel cumple en forma absoluta con todos los aspectos referentes a comodidades y servicio. El personal administrativo y de servicios son EXCELENTES...., en atención, amabilidades y prestancia para resolver mis necesidades o requerimientos. Una instalación con CERO ruidos.

The prior reviews were misleading
We stayed in this hotel for one night, as we traveled a day earlier than expected and our preferred hotel was not available. It was a very modest hotel with uncomfortable beds and pillows; only one sheet (very deteriorated and old) as cover, not a comforter or bed spread. It would had been ok, until the morning after we stayed there I read a review from a person who traveled a week earlier and said they found LICE in the beds and that the workers indicated that they do not wash the bed sheets to save water. I personally didn’t find anything on the bed but just the thought of it makes me queasy.

Hotel did not live up to website
We chose the hotel because of the 24 hour desk and the restaurant. We assumed there would be a staff member who spoke English. We did not find a restaurant - we were led around the back street to have breakfast at a tiny cafe. There was no grocery & convenience store or coffee shop - there was access to black drip coffee but no milk to have in it, or anything else. There were a couple of packets of noodles on a shelf - was that the convenience store? One staff member knew a couple of words of English but no-one else.There was no airport shuttle - we were told to get a taxi. Ordering a taxi to get back to the airport by 4.00AM was difficult and we had to ask an interpreter from another activity to help us to make sure that it arrived. There was one pamphlet re local sightseeing but this was only in Spanish. The hotel definitely does not cater for English-speaking visitors - but the staff were very friendly. The photo on the website was not taken from the street entrance - it looks very different

第一に親切な従業員。市外への移動方法を丁寧に教えてくれて、とても助かりました。そして新しくて快適な客室。熱いシャワーは日本人には最高に嬉しい! このホテルのお陰で、体のコンディションを整える事が出来ました。

Walking Distance To Central District
We love the fact that this Hotel is walking distance to the Center of Tapachula where there are a lot of clothing and shoe stores at excellent prices, as well as some wonderful places to eat on the Central Plaza. The staff at Mo Sak has always been the greatest and make sure that you have a great experience. Any problem is quickly taken care of them. Wonderful people working there.

Cuando llegue a registrarme me dicen que me tienen que hacer un cargo adicional y yo le mostré que pague por las personas que estábamos ingresando pero me dicen que en la pagina donde hice mi reservación no es correcta la información que ellos muestran, después de hacer entender al joven que nos atendió que yo no pagaría mas porque había pagado por los que estábamos el joven muy amable soluciono el problema y al final nos dio un buen servicio.

Opt for the aircon
Unless you are well-accustomed to tropical heat near the coast, opt for the aircon. Fan only makes for a sweaty and uncomfortable night.

Good location, OK for price
The hotel is nice and has everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. Our first room had a funky smell. We reported it and were promptly given a different one. Our next room had a fridge but it wasn't plugged in and we where not able to use it since it took pretty long to cool (it also had a weird smell). I would stay here again

Céntrico con los servicios básicos completos.
Viajamos en familia, todos adultos. Nos pareció que el Hotel tiene lp necesario para estar cómodamente y Está muy bien ubicado. El personal es MUY amable! Puntos a mejorar: el Wifi es pésimo, quienes no llevaban roaming nunca lograron conectarse con una señal suficiente para al menos usar whatsapp, mucho menos ver su correo u otros y 2) el basurero del baño de una de las habitaciones tenía basura de los huéspedes anteriores el día que llegamos... De cualquier manera, nos pareció a todos una excelente opción para regresar!

Recomendado para visitar Tapachula
El lugar es acogedor y el servicio muy bueno. Excelente relación calidad-precio. El único inconveniente fue que no pudimos conectar a la señal de Wifi.
