Great place to stay, everything you need and close to town, Pukekura Park and local shops. Especially liked that there were comfy chairs to relax in after a busy day out. Bed very comfortable too.

N Island jaunt
Weant to watch cricket but that didn`t happen. Very relaxing stay, very comfortable bed and serviced daily. Close to Pukekura Park and walkable into town to visit the Shining Peak brewery. Good view of the mountain from the front gate

Good value for money.
The room was beautifully clean and comfortable for our stay during the Taranaki Garden Festival. It was also in a convenient location to town. Will stay here again.

I always stay at BK's when I travel with work. Ross & Cheryl were always great to me and so are Ming and Yen, who have kept the high standard. The rooms are always kept immaculate, and everything you need is there at your fingertips. If you are a business traveler or travelling with family/friends, BK's is a great place to stay.

A Great Place to Stay
I strongly recommend this property. Many motels are small but this property is clean, modern and generously sized.Units have a kitchen and a spa pool.

Not customer orientated. Had previously emailed to have room set up as twin, on arrival nothing had been prepared. Attempted to call reception for clean towels, no reply, even after many attempts to make contact. Had imagine parking would be outside unit, but others used park. Reception had no comment.

Great to have 3 separate bedrooms and nobody has to sleep in the living room. Bathroom really spacious and a nice surprise having an enclosed private outdoor courtyard off the living room.

The property owners/managers and staff were all lovely and incredibly helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy and everything we needed was there and in great condition. I very much admired there efforts to be more environmentally aware and thought the soap dispensers were a great idea (as always hated leaving barely used soap in shower and basin) and being able to sort and recycle our rubbish. Close to everything we wanted to go to and loved just being able to walk to the park whenever we wanted. Will definitely stay again.

Great value for a family stay
We had a standard double room for my parents to stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. There were cookware and utensils but no stove top. They did provided us with an electric cooker which did the job. All other service and condition was great. Very good value for couple of nights stay. Also minutes walk to the pakekura park which had light festival. Shortish walk to the town too although the motel is on top of the steep driveway so going down to city center is easy. Going back is abit harder for older people. Generally very pleasant stay.

The motel was clean, comfortable and in easy walking access to downtown, shops and supermarkets. It was quiet and the staff etc were very friendly.

Excellent location, clean and spacious room with a TV. Nice kitchen with microwave, kettle and some utensils. Good jacuzzi in the bathroom as well. Can park your car right in front of your room. Reasonably priced snacks and minibar.

A 4 star motel. BKS is our "go too" motel when we stay in New Plymouth. Handy to town, clean and fairly well priced. Very well priced if using Wotif or similar for booking. Will stay again.
