Unit was very clean and fresh. Beds were comfortable Only downfall was no aircond and very hot. We were given a small fan and really needed a second. Small window in bedroom could have down with security catch for a little air floe.

Great location for adventures on the cycle way. Had a neat pool that we didn’t use as it was always being enjoyed by heaps of others !! Would definitely recommend this spot to stay 😊

Overall a great stay. Close to everything you’ll need or want to do. Friendly staff. Some wear and tear over the property but looks like renovations are on going so isn’t really a complaint or basing my review on this. Our bed was a bit average, very bouncy and a bit uncomfortable . In saying that I would definitely stay here again.

Basic clean room. Very comfy bed. We just stayed one night, arriving late and leaving early so no time to explore the property.

There were brawls all Saturday night and bottles being smashed. The TV in the room didn’t work and I paid a ridiculous amount of money only to pay for the internet seperately. Poor quality place

We are sorry for your experience with other customers, the park was full of people as it was the long weekend for Labour day. A manager's phone number is displayed on the reception door and they are available to be contacted at anytime to be able to deal with these situations at the time it happened. A 2GB voucher is provided on check-in for the WIFI Internet. We have checked the TV in the room and the aerial has been replaced, we do appreciate guests letting us know of things during their stay at reception or when you see a staff member in the park.Kind regardsThe New Plymouth TOP 10 Team

Way too expensive for tiny studio that we could hardly move in ! $20 more we could have stayed in a motel! Lovely staff & clean room but won’t stay in that tiny space again for the price

Great family-friendly facilities. We all really enjoyed the pedal power trikes & the kids enjoyed playing in the playground with the other children at campground. Our deluxe cabin was comfortable enough for a 2-night stay. The double bunk bed was a little squeaky when you moved position but was comfortable. Bathroom facilities in excellent condition. Would happily stay again.

Clean and friendly
The park was well kept and clean. We were a last minute booking so maybe we got the smallest room but found it very small and expensive compared with other accommodations we had used during our trip. Staff were very welcoming but due to the price we won't be going back.

nice rooms quiet considering we saw lots of people
we were there for a special reason so didnt get to enjoy the facilities but was lovely seeing so much for the kids to do and also lots of campers

We have 2nd day servicing which gives more privacy for guests, Clean towels etc are available from the office if required at other times

Very quiet location
We up graded our initial room as the one we booked through Wotif was too small for our four day stay, I can understand Wotif get the best deal for you but we paid a little more for more room.

Fantastic little Holiday Park
Booked a one bedroom unit for the Americana festival for four adults (one couple and two guys) on arrival they upgraded us for free to a two bedroom unit which was hugely appreciated. Unit was immaculately clean and very comfortable.

Bathrooms etc are very tiny. Would have thought daily housekeeping was standard..... Perhaps expectations were too high, but a recent stay at another Top 10 was streaks ahead...

We stayed for 4 nights for a sporting tournament. The unit suited our purposes ideally. Had to ask for linen to be changed every day (rather than every two days.)

Old, tired facilities
We've stayed at / been through some excellent Top 10s before - this was not one of them. Nothing 'deluxe' about the delux cabin - very basic. Playground was tired and a few broken bits, bbq area not great so didn't use. Swimming pool too deep for our 4yo twins to use safely. Not many toilets or not well located so always waiting... would stay elsewhere next time. However staff were pretty friendly.

Great family destination
Great family place to stay. We enjoyed meeting other families and our children had a great time playing with others, swimming in the pool and enjoying the playground. Staff were really friendly and we're very accommodating to our needs.

The staff were friendly. The facilities were clean. Have stayed in a few Top10 campgrounds in this is the first one where I have been quite disappointed in. Parking outside the unit was a nightmare trying to fit in with other parked cars.

Great for our little family
We had a three day stay and the staff were really helpful. Our kids love the grounds and the space was sufficient in the rooms. A great little holiday spot.

Cute and comfortable.
We had a short stay of one night. The room was small but had everything we needed. The toilets and showers were immaculate. The playground was fantastic got my two young children. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall stay was great. Would recommend and would stay again. :-)
