Well equipped and comfortable studio apartment with good outlook over the garden to the bay. As an older couple we found the split level flooring a bit awkward to manoeuvre our way over and space was a bit tight on each side of the bed. Despite these unusual features we loved staying at the apartment and observing the local wildlife.

Comfortable and quiet
We stayed in cabin 3 which was peaceful and private. The kitchen seems a little tired but adequate, though I was nervous about using one of the power points which seemed a little dodgy. The cabin is thoughtfully designed to give a nice private outlook.

Close to tourist destinations, walk to the waters edge, very peaceful and quiet. The cottage was toasty warm with a very comfortable bed. Will definitely be staying again next time we are in the area.

Quite a small but cosy little place. Very tight squeeze around the bed on both sides, and small corner spa. Having a washer and dryer was very handy when travelling from interstate.

Great little place to stay at a good price for the area around Pt Arthur. Just stayed one night before we had an early start doing the Three Capes Trek. Our room was fairly basic but it definitely had everything we needed and was safe and clean. Lovely view from the front of our cabin. :)

Lovely little cabin. Great to have a dishwasher/washing machine. Spacious living area. Bedroom area however was very crowded that if you wanted to use the power point on one side then the bed had to be pushed up against the opposite wall. Although you can see the water similar to the photos shown, it’s actually across the main road for the area, so there is no privacy - there was plenty of beautiful natural light however we had to keep the blinds down at all times so people couldn’t see in. Checkin was very quick and easy. Host left us a lovely checkin gift of a cookbook. Although on busy road, not much in the area and no footpaths to walk anywhere.

It was a cute little chalet. The overall feel once inside was nice, but here are the negatives: the aircon heater was not equipped to heat the space. We had it on heat on 30degrees and was quite cold for the duration of our stay (went to bed with winter pjs and thick socks); there was damage to the property which was “patched up” and took away from the appeal of the place; the front of the place is underwhelming and quite disheveled, and we questioned whether we were at the right place to begin with. But the place was clean, spa was nice and the space was generous. Overall, if the heating and the front of the property is addressed, it would be a comfortable stay :) thanks for having us!

Grounds run down? I am not sure what this means as lots of our guests comment positively on the tranquil grounds. Did you mean to post out that you through that the lawn needed to be mown? Yes they do need to be mown every 5 or so days during summer. It can be challenging to get this perfect when fully booked for months, aware of loud mowers etc while still offering our guests a quite place to stay. Such a shame we were not told about only leaving you one plain tea bag in the selection of teas we provide, as we could of easily provided more.

Everyone must come here! Love everything about the house, so clean and it’s so close to lavender farm and historic site. Ellie was super friendly, kept the place so clean. Love it has a big spa, firm bed, kitchen, washer and dryer! Will definitely want to come back!

We stayed in Chalet 4 in early December 2020. The chalet was absolutely perfect, with a full kitchen and bathroom and even a washing machine and dryer. The lounge room was modern and classy but simple, and the bed was extremely comfortable and clean. We were down that way for a Ghost Tour and spent a lot of the evening out of the room, but would love to stay again in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Clean Secluded Cabins Close to Fort Arthur
Clean and nicely furnished cabin in a secluded, quiet surroundings. We didn't see the owner and self checked in. Although we didn't prepare meals the kitchen seems well stocked. Bring your own groceries since grocery stores are not close by.

Nice short stay
We loved this place and wish we had booked more evening. We stayed here prior to heading out on the three capes trek. It was a perfect spot to relax. We also enjoyed the Tazmanian devil zoo that was up the road from the inn. There were not many restaurants open near by, at this time, but we were happy cooking in our apt. Overall a very pleasant place to stay.
