Very unique stay in the best ways possible, clean, ecofriendly. Amazing art! Best staff ever. Will come back again and again. Oh must add the beds are extremely comfortable was hard to get out of it lol

A romantic few days away.
Our stay was amazing, on arrival we were greeted by Steve who told us of all the good places to eat at Old Bar then taken to the room which was a huge room with the Blondie music theme. We had breakfast there the 3 days we stayed and dinner on Thursday, the breakfast and dinner were well prepared delicious, coffee was to die for.

You will not be disappointed
Such a funky unusual pot of gold to be found in Old Bar. Loved the atmosphere, the position, the welcoming and informative staff who could do no wrong. So close to the beach, courtesy bus available, yummy breakfast, great bar amd live music on certain evenings. We loved the querky interior design. Have not seen anything like it. We will be back. Thanks again........

Very easy and simple process. Quiet. Very well presented. Would be good to have some guidelines on garbage abs recycling disposal given that there was no servicing of rooms each day.

The hotel has a small amount of very comfortable rooms. The bath in our room was big enough for two and the bed was very comfy. It was fantastic being almost across the road from the beach so we could have a morning swim. The record player was a cute touch! Unfortunately the records we tried weren't in great condition, but we appreciated the gimmick. The pizzas downstairs are good and the breakfasts had a large range that looked tasty.

For the record - it’s a great place
We had a brilliant overnight stay in the Dave Grohl room. Super comfy with some very cool touches (record player in the room with a good range of vinyl to play) and a great bar/restaurant down stairs so no need to leave the accommodation. We had a couple of pints and wood fire pizzas in the evening while listening to some live music. Great breakfast the following morning before we headed on our way. Will definitely book and stay again.

Amazing hotel!
This hotel is incredible!!! Each room is in a different musician theme, I stayed in the Grohl room. The facilities are new and extremely high quality. The bed was really comfortable, and the hotel staff were delightful. I would highly recommend this hotel & can’t wait to come back again.!

Friendly yet efficient staff, Covid-19 responsible and loved the aesthetic of the place! Also comes with working vinyls which is fun novelty in itself, will definitely return!

Easily the only stylish accom in the extended area, funky place in prime position across from beach (which u can’t see for trees from ANY bdrm, note) with restaurant underneath & gr8 coffee. Sat on private deck upstairs listening to live music. Organic fair trade amenities were appreciated & jet bath in Ziggy room fits 2, a perfect overnite stop (easily/quickly accessible to highway) en route to Sydney from Briz. Old Bar itself is very sleepy, somewhat economically challenged from looks of things, recent fire sweeping thru nearby national park couldn’t have helped. Wud definitely return!
