When we first got there to check-in they were asleep at 10:30pm and had a “Closed” sign up. They had a number to call, but when I called no one picked up and it kept saying no one was available on the voice message. I rang the doorbell and a lady finally came up with a terrible attitude asking why I was ringing the doorbell because they were asleep. She declined to check us in and told us that she would call the police if we didn’t leave. She asked me to apologize, and even after apologizing and asking her if she could check us in because I had a baby in the car and had driving for many hours, she still declined. This was the worst experience I have ever had with Expedia, they should not be working with Expedia if they are going to be asleep and declining customers at 10:30pm.
