Great amenities around the area ,local pub great Indian, lovely gardens around the cabins ,camp life for children they loved it and so did we .

Overall the property was lovely. We were a little disappointed with No9 cabin as I thought I had booked a more modern free standing unit as shown in the photo's The park is REALLY well presented. Well be back again.

Great grounds
We stayed here as a last minute decision, just had the standard cabin. Facilities were all good, pools were awesome, beds were below average.

Not a park but a clean place
We stayed in cabin 8a with two people. The cabin has a double bed and bunk beds. I would not want to stay there with 4 people; it was comfortable with two sine we could use the bunk beds for our belongings. There is no place for your suitcase/ clothing etc. There are shelves for smaller items like toiletries. The first few nights only one toilet was available for all female guest because the main washroom was being worked on. After that, the single washrooms was locked. The location facilities were clean, but the place itself was much more urban than I had anticipated. It is not a "park" at all. The interaction with the staff (owners?) was brief and very inviting.

Hot pools are a massive hit. Supermerket right across the road. Beach a very short drive away. Everything you need for a weekend away. Loved staying here.

We enjoyed our stay in the camp ground and found everything was well organized and easy to find. Had clear instructions in the kitchen to use appliances and for the showers. The whole camp ground was immaculate. Definitely a Top 10 rating!

Ideal for far families
I like the layout of the holiday park how everything is easily accessible and you have full view of the playground from your cabins. The park is say handy to shops and the beach. The kids loved the hot pools.

enjoyed our stay, whole place is spotless. I would stay again next year and would book a unit with separated bedroom. Pizza and Fresh Choice right across the road and also a new coffee shop. would recommend

Immaculate and comfortable accommodation
We have never stayed in such spotless accommodation with manicured gardens. Ablution block and campers kitchen were immaculate with great communal dining area. Room was very comfortable with cutlery, crockery, small fridge and TV. Only drawback is having to purchase wifi. We really enjoyed trying the three hot water pools.Very friendly and helpful staff.

Okay room
It was an okay room. Had an ant problem though, so couldn't really leave food out. The tv only worked on 1 and 2 which was disappointing. It wasn't the room that we booked with the photos that were on the website. It showed photos of a bathroom/ more than one room which was not what we got. the double bed was very confortable though which was nice.

The best holiday park...by far!!
This place is amazing. Bruce (owner..I believe) was awesome and really took good care of us. Everything was immaculately clean. They had everything that suited myself and family from the beautiful thermal pools to a playground for the kids and a decent space to run around on...all so close together and sack dab in the middle of the units. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will not only recommend to others but will return very soon. Thank you Omokoroa Kiwi Holiday Park.

We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be coming back! Having everything we needed in our room was wonderful, and the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help us. The facilities were pretty neat. We feel it is superior to most camping grounds. Everything was really clean and tidy. The grounds were well kept which was great. And the hot pool was lovely!!

Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Bunk Bed mattress/springs were worn down causing it to be warped & uncomfortable. You pay for what you get I guess. Oh, "limited bed linens" = no blankets

Loved this holiday park!
This place was the best maintained and cleanest we have ever stayed in! Better than we could have imagined - large communal kitchen, sparkling mineral pools, bright gardens and tidy comfortable cabins and campsites!

Nice Holiday Park
By and large the Holiday Park was close to a number interesting walks, cycle rides and beaches. It was not far from Tauranga and there was plenty to do.

Just passing through.
Stayed the last week of the Christmas school holidays, just for the one night as passing through. Managed to get a cabin. I obviously didn't read the description properly as there was no bathroom or kitchen attached. Not a huge drama, but unexpected. The kitchen was clean beyond belief. Who ever maintains it can come and live at my house any day!!!. Hot pools just lovely. Across the road from bottleo and supermarket, but not the beach.

Stayed in a holiday cabin
A warm enticing place. Immaculate cabins, well maintained, made our stay so very comfortable. Then there were the lovely clean hot pools, ideal for the tired and aching body. Children love the pools and grounds. All camp ground amenities available.

Facilities
Was disappointed with following: TV channels missing - kids disappointed they could not watch the Saturday night movie on TV 3 . Also reception on the other channels were poor & made it hard to watch anything else on other channels. Exercycle bike- in the TV room, broken. Not able to adjust it at all. Heating - heater in the room was set to full blast but made very little difference - not enough grunt. Stove - tried to cook :-( . Had to carry everything to the main kitchen to get the job done.

Perfect Getaway
Lovely spot, lovely hosts, cabins have everything you need and well located on the premises. Wish we had more time so we could enjoy the hot pools and pool table.

Hotspot!
Whilst on our tiki-touring around the North Island including myself, partner, cousin and four children, I found our stay at Omokoroa was one of the best as it cattered perfectly to the Children, which the Holiday was specifically for there enjoyment. The Holiday Park was of a good size, & our cabin wasn't too far from the Park, so I could enjoy some self-time on the deck from our Room, while still managing to have the Children in eyes view. The amenities were clean as were the Rooms, & shared Kitchen. My favourite thing about Omokoroa was winding down in the Heated outdoor Pool AFTER the kids were fast asleep. Was the cherry on top of our stay at Omokoroa, was Peaceful & Pleasant. Will definitely be back again in the near future.
