It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a very well located, quiet condo. The room was small with a limited kitchen. No restaurant but there’re many close by. Do you have access to a good pool, laundry and all of those kind of services. But you don’t have any hotel services to speak of. Ilan Tal was a good experience and I would do it again.

Amazing !!!!
Great!!! ETTY at the front desk went above and beyond to help us and even walked me outside to show me how to walk by the pier to the restaurants. The food by the pool was awesome !!

We checked in to the hotel and in our first use of the faucet in the bathroom we found that the floor was flooded with water. We immediately reported the issue to the hotel front desk. Nothing has been done. We went out and comeback and still no fix. We had to put a lot of towels on the floor.

The hallways on our floor was dingy and run down. We complained about the slow drain in our shower and nobody showed up for four days. Breakfast buffet is mediocre at best.

Great location right by the Marina. Excellent staff and a lot of free parking. The front desk upgraded by room at check-in without asking. Overall very satisfied and I plan to return on a future trip!

We thought the rooms we had could use an update. The shower was worn black marble and the grouting had obviously been done over many times. We had no hot water in the bathroom sink our entire stay of 2 1/2 days. We also wished we could have opened our windows. They were locked and we missed having fresh air instead of the air conditioner, especially in the evenings when it was not as hot as during the day. The pool area also needs a makeover. It was simply not an attractive area. On the positive side, the breakfasts were spectacular and the staff was helpful and gracious.

Whatever problem I have with the hotel doesn’t even matter cause I hope you’re gonna be smart enough not to book this place to begin with I have a problem with Expedia taking a very long time to process my full refund promised by the hotel and acknowledged by Expedia but somehow I still didn’t get my money after canceling upon arriving to the hotel because of the low level and completely different from what was represented on the Expedia website This is becoming a bad habit with problems with Expedia constantly with booking and with location not matching descriptions

Mauvais rapport qualité prix. Note particulière à l'état lamentable de l'entretien des machines à café au niveau du petit-déjeuner... les tubes d'alimentation en lait ne semble jamais nettoyés et on peut y voir du lait caillé/ moisi... donc le café au lait et latte à eviter! Personnel sympa saufle monsieur de la veille de nuit... désagréable

Many issues, here are a few of them: 1. During the stay, cleaning staff stole a large sum of money from our room. Hotel have not follow up or tried to help us investigate the matter. We filled police report and police took it seriously. 2. No security on the premise. You can walk directly form the street to any room you want without using a key nor meeting any security 3. Pool is not working, despite the fact, that it was written on the website that April 1st is day of opening. and this is just the most critical issues

The cleanliness was good, I can’t complain there. But the staff was horrific. There was nobody around, and anybody who was around just looked blankly when we requested anything. We had to go into the restaurant to have a waitress contact the receptionist for her to come out to the front desk where we had been waiting. They told us we weren’t entitled to the rooms with a view since we had children with us so we had to settle for a view of buildings instead. And of course nobody notified of this when we booked otherwise we obviously wouldn’t have booked a hotel on a beach/marina in order to look at the buildings behind. The experience was a far cry from a 5 star hotel and especially from Herods Eilat which is the reason I had been wanting to come here to begin with. Highly disappointing.

Don’t use this hotel ! I had a reservation and check in from 2 to 3pm, my room was only available at 8pm and I had to sit and wait.
