This property took my credit card info for incidentals and charged it twice for the full stay on top of being already paid through Orbitz, thus, charging me 3 times for one stay. Staff was incompetent in resolving the issue timely and refunding the overcharged amounts, and it took several calls, emails, and days to resolve. Aside from this, room had sticky stains, no pool towels, and.out of coffee.

Excellent hotel near the beach
The hotel is located in an excellent location within walking distance to the beach and the tourist area of the Tel Aviv port which includes many good restaurants, The hotel staff is very kind and pleasant, and the hotel is clean and looks like it was just recently renovated, and the food at breakfast is excellent.

Liked buffet set up between 5-7pm every day except Sabbath which is acceptable. Didn't like expensive nights and 275 shekels for Friday evening meal even though I was offered salad and rice because I am vegetarian.

Hotel bom, instalações ok, café da manhã razoável, caro para o que entrega, mas é o padrão de Israel, local caro! Única reclamação do hotel foi o estacionamento que era gratuito ( e isso é muito bom) mas teve uma noite que saímos para jantar e quando voltamos a recepcionista não queria abrir a porta da garagem alegando que não havia vagas, mas como era um portão vazado conseguíamos ver claramente vagas disponíveis, aliás eram no mínimo 5 vagas! Após reclamações da nossa parte ela resolveu abrir o portão! Não entendi a postura da recepcionista, não sei se ela estava guardando vagas para alguém, se foi só um mal entendido mas o fato é que nós gerou desconforto!

Spend your money elsewhere.
Nice hotel, but overpriced at $300/night. Rooms are separated by paper thin walls, and the rooms themselves are awful for working in - no desk to speak of. Internet was very slow if it worked at all. Staff was courteous and helpful, and the breakfast was indeed 5 stars. That made up for the rest of the place.

Tal is by the beach - just a block away! They provide you with towels. The food is DELICIOUS (and kosher)! We had a great stay there.

Overall good experience the only issue was the persons who clean my room did not supply any new toilet paper, hand soaps or shower soaps. The two last nights I ran out of toilet papers and soaps so I had to use whatever I brought with me. Also the gym was closed when I tried visiting it one morning. great location Poor limited parking, noisy street and windows that can't stand up for the noise. It in the hart of Tel Aviv so overall good value for the $

Vacation
The only reason why I did not give it a perfect was due to the parking. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Parking I overpaid for one night because the hotel parking was full. It took several tries before I got parking there. They kept telling me about a place they use which was quite far by walking where I could park. They should have an arrangement somewhere when their spots fill up. Except for that, the stay was great, staff helpful, and hotel and room were clean. Would recommend, besides a car is not needed in this busy city.

There are many parking lots in the area. Parking can be costly in prime locations like ours however there is a very low priced lot walking distance from the hotel. Very nice hotel close to the beach, magnificent view from the roof garden. Excellent breakfast. A bit overrated for the overall offer and the Wi-Fi reception is not excellent in the rooms. But overall a pleasant stay. Personnel very kind and gentle
