I arrived and there was a guy inside a little room with a terrible smell giving the keys, my room was not ready but i asked him to show me a room in advance and he refused, the place looked dirty, I didn’t stay I left. They didn’t want to give me the money back. Stay away from this place. Easy to confuse the name with sea executive which is a very nice place.

This property is NOT what is shown in the pictures. Picture shows beautiful building and apartment, as apposed to the actual building which is crumbling apart. Pictures show a spacious living room area, actual is a torn armchair and dirty sofa. I would never stay here again just Arrived too late to go somewhere.

This was an absolute bait and switch. Not as advertised. We rented the Penthouse (largest and most expensive unit) for 5 nights last minute listed as the nicest unit in the building. It was an absolute dump. Views outstanding, that's it. Oven broken and stoves broken, toilet paper locked away, very few dishes/utensils (some nonexistent) but all dirty and nonclenaing supplies available. Furniture rotted and smelly. The worst though was the unbearable smell of stale cigarettes in every corner of the unit. On every wall and piece of furniture. Unliveable. But after all that there was NO ONE to contact or discuss with. The phone number provided has not been answered in 10 days. Likely because they know that renters will want to discuss issues of concerns. We left after 49 hours - it was that bad.

Fabulous find
We celebrated my birthday and slept few nights in that hotel. The room was awesome!! New, clean, beautiful with espresso machine and t.v. The bed was so comfortable!! We didn't want to wake up... The location is great,by the beach and many other attractions in Tel Aviv. I was happily surprised by this place, would recommend and definitely will be back

My Husband and I are touring Israel for the first time This boutique hotel with great charm, excellent service, very clean & comfortable is centrally located by the beach.The hotel offers free parking, a great way to travel by car around Israel from the south to the north. We liked the hotel so much that we updated our reservations to stay all the trip here and to travel from Tel Aviv.

The sea apartment Hotel was by far the best. Shai was there to assist anytime I needed help. He went above and beyond helping me resolve a Gett car service issue.Aside from the great location, the lovely rooms are modern, clean and trendy, the terrace from the room overlooking the Mediterranean Sea ,this place that feels like home. All of the staff members are warm, welcoming and caring - they treat you like family! I recommend this hotel for those traveling to Tel Aviv.

Top hotel in Tel Aviv
Very attentive service, large rooms, coffee / tea in the room, from the balcony a fantastic sea view, nothing was missing. We were also able to accommodate our rental car free in private parking. Beach towels for the Sea, good coffee machine in the room, ... We mostly ate in the suite, the market is within walking distance. If we travel to Israel again, we are guaranteed to make our quarters in the SEA!

First amazing location. Transportation to the airport passes a few blocks. Facing the sea and close to everything there is to see in Tel Aviv. The apartment very clean and perfectly decorated, overlooking the beach. It has a microwave, water heater and refrigerator. Good breakfast to start with all day. Highlights the espresso machine in room. Nice living room overlooking the sea tastefully decorated. Definitely an unbeatable option for a visit to Tel Aviv.

Wonderful stay
I frequently travel to Israel and stay in Tel Aviv, however this was my first time staying at the sea apartment Tel Aviv. I stayed on a business trip. The hotel was nice, and the staff was terrific. The hotel is very well located, at a nice area, with tons of restaurants and cool places. very close to the beach, Nice and healthy breakfast. Clearly a great choice if visiting Tel Aviv either for business or leisure. I highly recommend staying here and I would stay here again on future business trips. It’s a nice hotel and a very good value for the money.

My wife and I spent Valentines Day here and LOVED it. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was soft and relaxing. The staff at the front desk as well as in the restaurants was very kind. I definitely recommend it

J'ai trouvé cet endroit incroyable, l'emplacement est central, les chambres sont des appartements en bord de mer avec une kitchenette - tout est propre. Cet endroit a un vrai caractère, la décoration est moderne et accueillante, comme sur la photo. Emplacement parfait, en bord de mer et à proximité de la gare routière, des taxis et des restaurants, mais si vous n'avez pas de voiture (ils ont aussi un parking gratuit) et que vous voulez un endroit à peu près le plus raisonnable que vous trouverez à Tel Aviv , cet endroit est superbe

Great stay! Top location on the beach, but central. Nice lobby, Staff was extremely nice, enthusiast friendly and courteous .good will with booking questions. Excellent value for money. great location. We wanted a nice beach hotel and that was our first time at sea apartments. We got a premium apartment, interior was very modern, great bed and the space was very clean with plenty of useful amenities. Moreover and very important, the location is great. Few steps from the beach and a stroll from the center of TLV with all the nice entertainment. We had a car but never used it, everything is walking distance. Breakfast was also great and rich in quantity and quality. Our best stay in TLV so far

Dies war mein zweites Mal zwei Sommer hintereinander in Brown Urban. Wir waren für zwei Wochen pro Reise. Die Lage ist perfekt. Zu Fuß zu den besten Restaurants und Bars der Stadt. Die Angestellten sind alle super. Sie sind alle so süß und hilfsbereit. Sehr sauber und der Service ist wunderbar. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wieder dorthin zu fahren. Great place on the beach in the heart of Tel Aviv
The Muse hotel is only a short block from the beach, restaurants, cafes, bars and anything else you could imagine! Aside from its prime location, the service at the hotel is amazing! Everyone that works there is exceptionall! Whatever you need, whatever you want, it’s a pleasure for them to accommodate you and they do it with genuine pleasure. We can’t say enough about this amazing in the heart of beautiful Tel Aviv

Best location
This place was great location to everything and right next to beach. The rooms are good size, suite is perfect. Standard rooms looked like nice size also. Staff was very prompt and friendly. We stayed in four separate apartments or hotels in Israel, and this one was by far the best service. Everyone you helped us was amazing. Obviously the location is Excellent. Everything is within walking distance and you are a hop skip and a jump away from the beach! Would stay again.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL
TL;DR - Don't book here! Location is not as advertised, rooms are dirty, noisy and old-fashioned, and they will delay details until cancellation policy ends. I highly recommend to stay away from booking this hotel (in it's current state and management - Nov 2019), this is why: 1) Location SCAM - The Hotels.com hotel page and reservation confirmation page show the address herbert samuel - in fact, they use that to lure you in to book and you actually stay at different locations (to be fair, it is in the area but the quality of apartment and street are significantly different) 2) Dirty - rooms are dirty and old, all of the sheets provided had stains on them - seemed very old. When cleaning did come in, half the days (I stayed for 10 nights) they sorted the bed, half the days they didn't. 3) Noisy - very noise morning and night due to main road and the walls are not concrete - you can literally hear others as if they are in your room. I did not sleep well due to this. 4) Check-in SCAM - They kept on delaying sharing check-in information until 10 minutes after my free cancellation policy (I had requested several days before). Then, when I arrived for self check in, they gave me the wrong details and said that they changed the apartment and forgot to email me. ** The cleaners themselves were very nice and accommodating people

Very Nice Modern Hotel Next to the beach
Our first time in Tel Aviv, with a young family, and the the sea apartments was a really good choice. Right on the beach, close to bars and restaurants in the old jaffo, and with Hayarkon Park just a short taxi away. The hotel is trendy modern in style, is clean and has everything you need - except a pool - but you are so close to the beach it doesn't matter. Our 2 bedroom room was really big and comfortable and they upgraded us to a sea view room, which was a lovely touch. the stay was great and we were very pleased to stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Simply perfect from checkin to check out we felt like high rollers in this gorgeous beach apartment. The staff were always helpful and polite and our room with views of the beach was immaculate and very very comfortable. the position is excelent! near the center and the shopping, in front of the tayelet and the sea!! near the hotel there were also good restaurant, and trough the hotel we were able also to have a free parking We would travel back to Tel Aviv just for the chance to stay in this perfect hotel again. Thanks!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Worst service EVER, they LITERALLY canceled on our arrival day. They decided that their business office had the right to rebook our room even AFTER confirming with us they had our reservation held and we would be paying at check in. BELIVE the negative reviews and DO NOT book with this hotel company. They LIE. I had booked (and would have been willing pay in advance if they had requested) a top floor 3 bedroom penthouse suite with private rooftop. They tries to give me a smaller unit last minute as a switch for renting ours to another party - they must have gotten more than the over $900 USD we had agreed to pay. They NEVER contacted us to even let us know, I found out when we were nearing arrival time from our flight in from the US. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. We luckily found two rooms at the Hilton last minute and overpaid for that.

Gefallen hat uns hier überhaupt nichts. Zum einem wird hier dem Kunden falsche Tatsachen vorgegaukelt. Aufgrund des Bildes suggeriert man alles nur nicht die Realität. Wenn man dann genau hinschaut, steht noch der Zusatz "in different locations" das ist der springende Punkt. Man wird in ein "Loch" verfrachtet. Das Gebäude ist furchtbar, es werden Parkplätze angeboten, die reichen nicht aus und man wird einfach zugeparkt. Das Zimmer war nicht für den Check in um 15 Uhr gerichtet, man musste umbelegt werden. Das "neue" Zimmer, war zwar hergerichtet aber alles nur nicht sauber. Das Bad eine Zumutung, das Sofa so dreckig, dass man sich nicht daraufsetzen wollte. Die Tür zum Balkon war nicht mit dem Boden abgeschlossen, da es ebenerdig war, kamen Kakerlaken hinein, die dann von uns entfernt werden musste.Hinzukommt, dass das Apartment direkt an der Straße lag. Ab 3 Uhr morgens war man nicbht mehr in der Lage zu schlafen. Auf die Nachfrage nach einem anderen Zimmer, wurde uns ein Zimmer in einem anderen Gebäude angeboten mit einem Aufschlag von 300,- Euro pro Nacht. Wir können jedem nur davon abraten, dieses Apartment zu buchen ! Eigentlich müsste Expedia dieses Apartment aus ihrem Portfolia entfernen.

Lovely room awful housekeeping
The inside of apartment itself was lovely and modern, the outside was very old. Parking was extremely limited and caused a few problems. The manager himself was really friendly and obliging. Worst cleaning service we’ve ever experienced - floor not always swept properly, toilet paper not refilled, the duvet was just badly thrown over the bed and considered to be made (sheet not straightened and pillows left as is). In a rush to get ready one morning my bracelet fell off my wrist, which I only realized in the car, upon return it was never to be seen again!!

Expedia sold me an apartment with ocean view for 341.78 dollars for 2 nights. When I got there the apartment that was reserved was in another building and it was a depressing place. They told me Expedia paid them a total of 277.20 dollars and I had to pay an extra 300 dollars to stay in the ocean front view. I am very disappointed with expedia for this reservation as I considered it false advertisement. Yes you said there were several locations but the one that you showed me was the one ocean view. I will like to be reimbursed for the 300 dollars plus the 64 dollars that I was over charged.
