Excellent séjour débuté par l’accueil particulièrement aimable d’Isha. L’établissement propose un service café thé et boissons avec fruits et biscuits 24h/24, ce qui est sympathique pour le client. Les petits-déjeuners sont somptueux. Nous avions reçu un bon de gratuité pour le bar, mais celui-ci était fermé le soir où nous souhaitions en profiter. Isha nous a très aimablement offert une bouteille de Prosecco avec 2 beaux verres en dédommagement. L’hôtel met à disposition des serviettes de plage, celle-ci étant juste à côté (belle plage de sable fin clair et mer très agréable). Check in et check out sont tres rapides. Les chambres sont confortables et la douche tres pratique (forte pression).

on my first night I discovered a bed bug crawling on my pillow. In addition the bathroom sink was clogged. There was no manager on duty at the time (10pm) but eventually I was moved to another room of the same size. I went to the reception desk on the next day and was told that the manager has already left for the day (at 2PM!). Finally on the third day I received an email reply from the hotel, denying that what I saw was a bed bug (Luckily I do have a photo to prove) and offering breakfast for the remainder of my stay, which I consider unsatisfactory as compensation. Would not recommend staying here.

We are sorry that the hotel did not meet your expectations,Immediately after you complained about finding a bed bug, we checked the room thoroughly and found none, we moved you to a room immediately, closed the room for sale and even specially ordered a spraying company that specializes in these kinds of insects which cost a lot of money - the exterminator said he did not find any remains for insects in the room of any kind, In addition - although the matter was dealt with quickly and efficiently and you were offered compensation in the amount of breakfast - you claimed that it was not enough, we left with the feeling that you are the type of guest who tries hard to complain and extract various compensations from the hotel and that in general you may have tried to evade payment,We wish you the best of luck on your next travels

When I checked in, the bathroom was dirty, the bin had the garbage from the previous guest. The next day they came to fix the room but they didn't even fix the bed, they throw everything away, they are not careful with things

The staff was excellent. They were very pleasant and timely addressed all my questions or concerns. The hotel is gorgeous, very modern and has a great vibe. I will be back again and again.

Wonderful Vacation
We loved the location!! I did not know what to expect when I booked Ultra Hotel because I have not visited Tel Aviv before so the fact that the hotel was so near to the beach (such a fabulous beach too), was amazing. The service we received was lovely and so were the staff who gave us maps and mentioned some places to visit. We would definitely recommend Ultra Hotel and would certainly come to stay again. Thank you everyone!!

Nice hip boutique hotel. Great location, Friendly welcoming staff, great customer service which is extremely rare in Israel. Nice small restaurant. Coffee, water and all kinds of goodies served all day and night at the reception. Our room with a small patio was large (26 square feet) was well appointed and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, the only negative point is the access to the hotel if you have suitcases.

A very nice clean and secure place. A very nice staff that will help with information and tour arrangements. Fresh coffee and pastries with fruits every day. A very nice bar/ restaurant on the first floor. Excellent location, a block away from the beach and other hotels and restaurants.

This hotel is nicely located near the beach and main street (Bograshov) and the price was reasonable. The rooms are extremely small with not much storage space and everything feels dark. Overall it was serviceable but not pleasurable.
