Dear Jessica, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We're saddened to learn that we missed the mark on your most recent visit. This is obviously not the experience we wish for our guests. Although I'm pleased to learn the team was kind and helpful and you enjoyed the location, I'd like to address the points that weren't up to standard;- being at almost 10,000 we unfortunately, like most properties in the area, we don't have A/C in the units. Fans are placed through the units though for the few weeks a year it gets warmer here in Telluride.- We have addressed the noise issue of the treadmill, regrettably the sound proofing/cushioning behind the mirror leaning against the wall had shifted. - The pool, thank you for letting us know this. Please note that we do clean the pool daily. Due to the high winds and huge number of pollen/cottonwood we're currently experiencing. we've increased the number of cleans to 3 times a day.I have reached out separately via phone to see if there is the possibility to make things right.Ultimately I firmly believe that all guests staying with us should have a wonderful experience. In the overwhelming majority of cases this is thankfully the case, something we're proud of. However should we not be able to deliver on this promise, I'd like to at least try and make it right.
