Please don’t stay at this place it’s a dump dirty, stinks, sink not draining, shower all filthy water barely running, full of fleece, slept one night and was bitten dozen times. Had reservation for 15 nights and had to run away because staying there just unbearable ended up in emergency room fleece infection ended up infectious Please don’t go there.

Mix of people stay from groups of girls and lads to families and couples, pool can become very busy later afternoon, rooms are clean and tidy. Very quiet in room at night to sleep. Easy walkable to beaches and Siam park. After check out they have a shower and give you new towels to use for them if you ask at front desk

My property the bed was facing the patio doors and people were regularly walking past or kids running past. Had to draw the curtain which made it gloomy.

Average hotel for what you pay would be much better if the staff weren’t so rude and unhelpful. My fiancé left my starbucks flasks in the room after checkout we go back 10 minutes later and “no nothing found”… That must be the cleaners rule, whatever is found is theirs so if you’re staying here be very careful with your belongings as you won’t get them back. Has potential to be a nice hotel but needs much better customer service as at the moment it has none.

Dodgy electrics making noise all night, drunk stag parties coming in making noise at all hours. What was supposed to be 3 romantic nights as a couple, we ended up leaving a day early. Good if you like a party and just want to have a bed but other than that don’t do it.

Lovely receptionist, so helpful on check in. Rooms basic with all utensils required. Relatively clean. Excellent location. Small supermarket underneath. Unfortunately noise started at 8 pm with extremely loud music and all different people having long loud conversations and smoking out on the hallways outside doors all night long after their nights out, noise continued until 6 am. More suited to young people on nights out and not for families with children.

The rooms were very clean modern. Air conditioning in both the sitting room and bedroom. I would book this property again. It's in a good central location and everything is walking distance.

Great location. Fantastic price. Would stay here again no problem. However pool small and paid extra for internet but Wi-Fi was free everywhere and was good so the extra payment was not needed

Très correct mais vraiment sans plus. Les photos du site sont largement mieux que la réalité et ce n’est pas correct de procéder ainsi. Les chambres sont OK MAIS pas très confortables : lit et canapé très moyens. La propreté est correcte mais pas excellente. La piscine et les terrasses sont correctes mais ça ressemble davantage à un gite pour ado. Le personnel n’est pas désagréable mais d’une mollesse et d’un manque d’énergie dingue. Bref . Globalement OK mais sans plus. Ça reste cher pour ce que c’est.

Rooms were lovely and clean and well equipped. We didn’t use the pool as we felt it wasn’t very communal just more for the rooms that overlooked it. A little noisy at night until 1/2am from the bar below. Would stay again but personally don’t think it is a hotel for a week or longer especially if you like a pool.

Rooms are dim and narrow. No cleaner throughout my stay. Poor receptionist with an attitude and rude. Slow to check in and check out. Although modern was not very clean. Was given the smallest apartment that had no view. Wouldnt recomend

Cet établissement est très bien situé mais il demanderait à être remis à neuf et la propreté n'est pas top. Quant à la wifi, elle est aussi très faible. Le personnel est très aimable, rien à redire de ce côté la.

Bungalow sporchi con tarme del legno che ricoprono i mobili della cucina e del salottino. Il nostro in particolare aveva una finestra rotta,una lampada rotta, armadio inutilizzabile x la puzza. Musica fino alle due di notte proveniente dal locale sottostante. Ambiente non condizionato e con tutti i servizi a pagamento ventilatore 25 euro di cui 10 di cauzione x una settimana stesso prezzo per il phon. X riuscire a dormire siamo stati costretti a prendere il ventilatore .

No air con but main problem were lots of young drunk lads making noise and going for swim in middle of night which is not fair to guests and not safe. Needs security guard/camera on pool. Wished we had paid more to stay somewhere else.

We stayed in a duplex apartment No 132. The apartment needs updating. I believe the spiral staircase will be removed at some point. The cleaning staff come in every day or second day. They keep the apartments as spotless as is possible. The outdoor areas....pool and sun terrace looked good. We didn't use as we had a small outdoor patio area....facing the street, and on a corner. We received the sun all day. The area was a bit noisy due to traffic during busy periods during the day. Wasn't noisy at night.

Never again!
This is 2015. You can't be in a hot climate with high humidity and have no climate control in the room. The set up of the beds are in a loft type area. FYI "Heat Rises". I checked in and checked right back out!

Lovely place
Very convenient location, easy to get to, close to shops, bars, restaurants and the nearest beach is 5 mins away but if you don't like it - give it another 5 mins and you are on an excellent one, excellent transport links. Staff was very helpful, the room was clean, towels changed daily, hot water any time you need it. There was nothing "not" to like. I'd highly recommend it.

Отель сам хороший, но очень старый, номера обшарпанные, сантехника требует замены. В ванной не было никаких туалетных принадлежностей, фен не дают!!!! Очень опасная крутая винтовая лестница в номере, плита влючается очень хитро - нужно одновременно включать таймер и конфорку. Убирают не каждый день и очерь посредственно - только выбрасывают мусор. Полотенца поменяли через 3 дня. Из положительных моментов. Отель находится в очень удобном месте: рядом ост. автобуса 450 из аэропорта, супермаркет Dino, пляж Троя 10 мин. ходьбы. На первом эт. в баре с 21.00 до 24.00 играет живая музыка, караоке. На reception обслуживание очень хорошее - Макс и Кармен. Макс быстро зарегистрировал, дал номер, все объяснил. Интернет платный. Я заплатила за неделю 15 евро. Но из-за каких-то неправильных настроек в моем ПК, и-нет не подключался. Макс пытался помочь, но у него тоже не получилось. Деньги вернули без проблем. Очень удобно, если самолет только вечером, то можно выписаться, оставить вещи в комнате отдыха, после пляжа принять душ в туалете на reception (Кармен выдала чистое полотенце), привести себя в порядок и спокойно ехать. Без долполнительной платы. В ресторане скидка 10% для проживающих в бунгало. Готовят вкусно.

Fabulous location for short break
My friend and I are are mature ladies young at heart and realistic!!!!! We read the reviews before booking and the consistent message was that the apartments were clean and central. How very true !!!!! We had a lovely one bed apartment at the top of the building with sun and views. The room was clean and ready for us and the receptionist Carmen very friendly and helpfu as we're all staff. We always went out of our way to make time to speak to staff and this ws reciprocated. We had a lovely time with good beaches 10 mins away and tons of places to eat. Would definitely go back

llegamos y nos atendio una amable recepcionista que nos informo sobre el complejo,despues de dejar todo el equipaje la misma recepcionista nos indico que si deseabamos que nos pusieran unas puertas para impedir el acceso de los niños a las escaleras,tambien tuvimos un pequeño problema con el frigorifico lo comentamos en recepcion y al momento nos solventaron el problema.....los recepcionistas y el equipo de mantemiento un 10,cuentan con un socorrista muy simpatico.....la unica pega,LAS ESCALERAS DE CARACOL

Appartamento tranquillo e pulito unico neo la scala interna non comodissima. Vicinissimo a spiagge, negozi e vita notturna. Se potete scegliere meglio gli appartamenti lontano dalla piscina che sono un po' più tranquilli. Perfetto sia per famiglie che per giovani "nottambuli"

Easy to get to
Bus from TFS airport 450 basically to the door. Hotel well situated for access to everything. The rooms we had are not for families with small children due to the spiral staircasing but for adults and teenagers its great.
