Excellent hotel
This hotel was an excellent stay. The rooms were incredibly clean, staff was very friendly the food was nice it was a great hotel for our stay really pleased with this experience.

Fijn hotel dichtbij het strand en de winkels en restaurants en uitgaansleven. Het brood had wat verser mogen zijn. Verder goede bedden, kamer werd iedere dag goed schoongemaakt. Zwembad was goed en netjes.

Just returned from 4 night stay here upon arrival then made to additional room fees not mentioned in original booking. Food repetitive like school canteen. Staff slow to serve in the bars, reception and restaurant. This was ment to be a relaxing first time break in Tenerife nothing more than a nightmare. Don't stay here look elsewhere

Clean and nice hotel we had all inclusive and the assortment of drinks was really for a all inclusive hotel with good brands that was included. The disapointment was the food it was the same food for lunch and dinner and the lack of spices was significant, so we eat at the hotel 2 evenings but the rest of the nights we went ouf on other restaurants. Breakfast was really good

El hotel no esta mal pero el gymnasio es muy pobre, viejo y en el sotano sin aire y mucho ruido y olor de motor. La comida es de baja calidad y sin sabor. Por la tarde despues de la cena tambien no hay distraction o para bailar

Could not fault the stay we had here. Food was excellent. Cleaning was fist class. Staff were attentive. The pool bar was very good. Would stay again.

Struttura nel complesso bella e ben tenuta, il rapporto qualità/prezzo non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, camera bella e spaziosa ma la pulizia ha lasciato un pò a desiderare soprattutto gli ultimi 2 giorni...probabilmente a fine vacanza hanno ritenuto non era necessario pulire la stanza e cambiare gli asciugamani. La qualità del cibo, per noi italiani, la definirei molto molto scarsa, in una settimana abbiamo cenato in modo discreto solo una sera, il cenone di Natale pessimo....va beh! Anche la pulizia nella sala ristorante lasciava molto a desiderare compresa la presenza di uno scarafaggio che ogni mattina gironzolava per la sala.....probabilmente faceva parte dello staff!!( ho il video!!! ). Frigo in camera con chiave ed a pagamento, praticamente ti offrivano a 25 € una serie di bevande e le dovevi prendere tutte altrimenti niente frigo...anche la cassetta di sicurezza a pagamento ( hotel 4* che si fa pagare circa 2000 € per una settimana in mezza pensione.......), ultima pecca i clienti ubriachi che dormivano sui lettini in piscina e che te li trovavi al mattino alle 7,30 con una strage di bicchieri rotti in giro, fortunatamente alle 8 passavano a pulire tutto...almeno quello. Peccato davvero perché la struttura è molto bella e con qualche "piccolo" accorgimento sarebbe una favola!!!!!!!!!

Great vacation! I recommend this hotel. Food was great, you can find anything you like, lot of vegetables, different kind of meat, seafood, pasta, cakes, ice cream. We were enjoying also bar, refreshing sangria, mojito, beer was good(we are from a beer country). There might be queues on bar, but we have never waited more than couple minutes. When the hotel is full you wait longer on your drinks in restaurant too, but we are not blaming staff, they were working really hard. Just across the street from nice beach.

Excellent location near the beach (although rooms facing the main street are suffering from the surrounding noise). Good quality of facilities and amenities. Good food, and excellent staff (reception, animation, restaurant)

Was amazed you have to pay to use the safe in the room. Pool Towels are available but you have to pay each time you changed them. Had to argue with reception to change room after the room we was given DID NOT have a pool view, when we had booked and payed for a room with a pool view.

The lady in reception on 04/02/2022 around 7-8pm was nice,freandly and help me with my request,the man same day/time wasnt nice. Cleaners was good too. The restaurant cheff was very,very rood. One time he cooked chicken breast to my child abd chicken was row.i ask him can he cooked more and he wasnt happy.Next time pancakes was black over coocked my husband took them and live it on another side and took normal pancakes and kichen chef told my husband “is not normal to to that” thats mean im paying monney for the food and we have to eat what he give us????? Every morming same good.

Comfortable bed, clean room, nice terrace by the room. A little noisy until 11pm/midnight, as we were by the bar. Great pool, jacuzzi, and view of the sea. Peaceful terrace with plenty of beds (in January). Breakfast was excellent, and dinner was lovely but not quite as good as the breakfast in terms of quality. Great value for money overall for half board. Friendly and helpful staff. Gym weights equipment fairly good but not maintained well, and cardio old and broken. We were not notified that the indoor pool and spa would be closed when booking (for maintenance), which was very disappointing as it was the reason we chose between two hotels. This was the only downside. The hotel need to update their description, as we were worried about the note saying we needed a PCR, despite this not matching the Canary Islands guidance. We didn't see this until we were boarding and checking the app for directions, and had a very panicked flight.

Just returned from a weeks stay in Tenerife at Hotel Gala. The hotel was clean and our Club Alexandre room was well equipped. We were staying on an all inclusive rate and the food in the hotel was enjoyable. I prefer to eat fresh salads and Spanish style dishes and there was always a good selection of meat and seafood dishes to my and my wife's taste on offer. Drinks are only served by staff members, upon presentation of your room key, so bar service could be slow at times, but this never impacted massively upon our holiday. The pool and sunlounger deck was clean and tidy. Not a huge amount of sunbeds but this may be a covid/social distancing related issue. Really enjoyed our holiday and would likely return to this hotel in future.

Good hotel with nice pool
Enjoyed our stay here, room we got was renovated and comfortable. Hotel food was basic so we usually ate outside. The hotel doesn’t offer irons either, so make sure to iron your clothes before or you’ll be stuck paying ridiculous prices per item of clothing to be ironed.

La estancia general fue buena. Habitación amplia, buenos servicios en le hotel, buena comida, restaurante amplio, con espacios y respetando las distancias y protocolos covid, animacion adecuada, eche en falta algo mas para niños durante el dia, por la noche todos los dias animación al aire libre. Personal muy amable. Estuvimos en una habitacion familar, en la parte baja, dan al jardin. El problema en la habitacuon fue una noche al llegar encontramos...... cucarachas!!!! Nos ofecieron otra habitacion para pasar la noche mientras fumigaban y tambien la posobilidad de quedarnos en la nueva habitacion el resto de la estancia, pero era tambien en la misma planta, y uno de los empleados del hotel nos dijo que...... ¡no era infrecuente encontrar cucarachas en ese tipo de habitaciones!!!! Una experiencia muy desagradable y una decepcion en ese sentido, que nos hizo la estancia menos grata.

Dålig internett, Minibaren var låst, og de vil ha 25 euro for selge hele innholdet for å åpne den. Depositum for basseng håndkle på 12 euro. Maten var ikke så bra og fruktene på buffe disken var muget. De var 2 Kafé maskin og 2 juice maskin i frokost halen, men ingen da dem, og noen gang bare et av dem virket og det forårsaket store kø, der vi måtte vente i 10 minutter eller mer for å hente kaffe, eller juice. Det eneste positive var plasseringen av hotellet, men det var mye støy med høyt musikk fra barene tint hotellet .

Se le cayò una estrella.
La verdad que mi experiencia fue regular. La comida fatal, lo peor sin duda. Poca variedad, comida repetida y reciclada. HORRIBLE! Las instalaciones bien, la animaciòn y entretenimiento escaso. El personal del hotel poco atentos con los huespedes. Paguè un hotel 4 estrellas y no cumple con lo contratado. No repetirìa.
