Sehr nettes und gut geführtes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Team. Tolle Lage, Bus (fast) und parken direkt vor der Tür. Frühstück war gut, Abendessen naja (aber geschmackssache). Gibt genug gute Restaurants in der Nähe wenn man ausweichen möchte. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Preis Leistung, super!

The room was spacious and clean, but 'tired', the wasbasin was chipped and the sofa was torn. The main issue was with the dining experience, the 'restarant' reminded us of a 1980's Eastern European eatery! The staff were constantly noisily laying tables for the next meal, often removing our half eaten meal if we left the table to get a drink. The tables were far too close together and in regimented rows like in a canteen, and the food was generally of poor quality. I am happy to say in over 60 years living in England, i have never had an English sausage like the one in was served at breakfast today! There was no coffee or tea available except at breakfast time, and for those of us who enjoy cheese and biscuits with a glass of wine after a meal, cream crackers and grated'mouse trap' cheese is a poor substitute. The dining experience is not what we would expect from a 4 star establishment.

Will be returning soon
Arrived at 9.30pm just after the restaurant had closed but was told if we want to go to our room then come back in 30 mins they would arrange some cold meat and salad to eat. Very good service. Hotel rooms are lovely and big and we upgraded to a sea view for an extra €70 for the week. It was lovely to wake up to such an amazing view everyday. Food was typical all inclusive fare and yes we sometimes a bit cold but was sufficient to find something at every meal time. Staff were all very friendly and always happy to help. Lovely cocktails in the bar especially the Blue Sea cocktail. Nasko, who did the entertainment, is a very charming young man and does his best to entertain. Would definitely return again as had a lovely relaxing holiday in the sun.

Hotelli Blue Sea Lagos de Cesar arvionti.
Huone oli iso ja tilava, mutta kulunut. Huone oli ensimmäisessä kerroksessa keittiön yläpuolella. Tästä johtuen keittiöstä kantautuvat kovat äänet, varsinkin ihmisten, olivat häiritseviä. Myös keittiön käryt tulivat suoraan huoneeseen. Huoneen varustelu oli surkea.Ei mitään. Ei edes yhtään juomalasia. Siisteys oli hyvä. Huone oli pimeä, aurinko paistoi runsaan tunnin aamulla terassille.Oli hotellissa parempiakin huoneita, kävi vain huono tuuri ,että tämä osui kohdalleni. Valaisimia oli kiusallisen vähän. Aamiaisessa voisi olla vähän vaihtelua. Kaksi viikkoa täsmälleen sama kattaus!!

Luogo accogliente, ottimamente tenuto nelke parti comuni. Camere ampie e spaziose, anchr se non tenute particolarmente bene. La formuka all inclusive è tale a tutti gli effetti. De kamers zijn verouderd, maar wel proper. Het onthaal was oké, in het restaurant is de bediening vriendelijk. Bij het uitchecken hadden we een zeer onvriendelijke dame.

Dejlig oplevelse
Vi havde et dejligt ophold på hotellet. Alt var positivt på nær at der pågår nærtliggende vejbyggeri foran hotellet. Det var dog ikke sådan at det havde stor indflydelse på den samlede vurdering af opholdet. Blot noget man godt kunne have undværet.

Отель небольшой , номерной фонд старый, но чисто. В Пуэрто-Сантьяго теплее , чем в Лас-Америкас, закрыт скалами от ветров. Рядом пляж Арена, очень ухоженный , с чёрным песком, но без волнорезов, зачастую красный флаг, большая волна. Огромная благодарность сотруднику на ресепшн Joseba, очень внимателен к клиентам и от чистого сердца.

This Hotel is not 4* The rooms are spacious but do need updating. They are cleaned daily. No kettle unless you pay 3 euros a day. The food is not good, the choice and the quality, always lukewarm. We were All Inclusive, Breakfast was about the best meal. Some guests were eating out in the evenings for Dinner. Stayed over Christmas, the entertainment was really poor. The bar situation in the day, all drinks were from the pool bar and served in small plastic cups, even coffee and tea for inside the Hotel, not very 4* Whist we were there there was extensive building work going on outside the Hotel, at the back and the front, very noisy !! Work starting at 8.00am until 4.00pm on weekdays. Not very relaxing if staying at the Hotel for the day. The staff were really nice and understanding the building work was not their fault. Will not be returning to this Hotel.

Check in was ridiculous, guy could hardly speak a word of English and insisted I did not have a room booked, took along time to sort. I was then put in a room with a building site as a view and being woke by the builders at 7am

A good hotel in an excellent location
The staff are superb, always friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean, but the beds could be more comfortable. Food was always good and a wide variety on offer. The wifi area is next to the pool tables and was very noisy and we were often disturbed by dogs barking and noisy guests some evenings. This is our 6th stay at this hotel and we hope to return in the future as it is a well run, comfortable hotel.

Perfect for families
This hotel had everything we needed for a family holiday. The room was spacious, the food was varied and of excellent quality, the toddler pool was a definite hit. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would go again. Would recommend.

Nice hotel near to tourist area and beach.
Booked for a week. Hotel reception manned 24/7 by friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very spacious and for the first time ever a comfortable double Bed! We were in room 423 so although we had quite a walk to get to room were not disappointed - corner balcony which has sea view and overlooked the pool. Breakfast really good choice but although "English sausage" they were cheap ones so tasted like it. Had dinner a couple of nights and was pleasantly surprised as didn't go until late at the choice still available - although they did seem to like pork steaks cooked in a variety of ways. Room cleaned every day by very pleasant maids. Only thing to fault was that although their was fridge in room would have been nice to have had tea/coffee making facilities as you were asked not to take drinks/food out of restaurant and I have a partner who doesn't do breakfast but loves a cup of coffee in the morning and I like a cuppa in the afternoon sometimes.

Godt indrettet, men slidt. Service, som man "normalt" betragter som inkluderet (netforbindelse/kuffertvægt) skal der betales en ret høj pris for at benytte. Den i øvrigt flotte restaurant var til tider præget af tjenere som havde lidt for meget travlt.

Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla palvelujen lähellä. Aamiaiset ja illalliset olivat erinomaisen monipuoliset ja huokeat. Pientä kuluneisuutta ilmenee,mutta ei haittaavasti ja on huomioitu hinnassa. Saimme huoneen merinäköalalla matkan puolivälissä, kun sitä pyysimme, pientä korvausta vastaan. Näköala olikin hieno Gomeran suuntaan.Tv:ssä näkyi ilmaiseksi vain muutama kanava ja netti oli törkeän hintainen. Palvelu on asiallisen ystävällistä. Tähän hotelliin voisimme palata joskus !

Pleasant hotel close to the beach & shops.
Had one week here in early January, 2015 and was quite happy with almost everything. Sadly, the hotel itself is very dated and could do with a complete refurbish, but having said that, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and ready to do anything asked. Food at all sittings was variable every day with plenty of choice, and well cooked. Bar staff were very friendly and accommodating, but short drinks were sadly disappointing with faux labelling and not tasting of anything in particular (these were for those on all inclusive status), if you wanted the real thing, you had to pay ie: Gin, Vodka, Brandy, Bacardi etc. Beer on tap was San Miguel (I think). Live entertainment was very good and different 6 out of 7 nights a week, no complaints there at all. The pool area has faux tree shading, which is really unnecessary as the sun doesn't reach that area until later in the day and would benefit greatly by replacing with proper collapsible sun shades, but there were always sun beds available.

Hotellets standard var langt under forventningene til et 4* hotel. Hotellet kan ikke være vedlikeholdt de siste 30 årene! Renholdet er det imidlertid ingen grunn til å klage på!Lokalområdet var trist og folketomt!

No nos ha gustado y no lo recomendamos. No tiene 4 estrellas, incluso ni 3. La comida se repite, no ponen ni jabón ni champú, solo el primer día. Los desayunos siempre igual y lo mas barato.

Hotellet var helt ok. Rommet var veldig stort, men møblert veldig gammelt. Hadde balkong på baksiden som var helt greit, da vi fikk morgensol og kveldssol. Bilveien var heller ikke så trafikkert, så det var ikke så sjenerende. Litt irriterende at det er et 4 stjerners hotell, men at du måtte betale ekstra for å se på engelske kanaler, og man måtte betale for å ha internett. (6 euro for en dag og 25 for en uke). Spiste kun frokost, som var helt grei. Ikke mye varierende, men relativ stor frokost buffet. Betjeningen på hotellet var kjempehyggelige og imøtekommende og var alltid behjelpelig på alle forespørsler. Alt i alt en grei hotellopplevelse.

Ruoka oli hyvää.
Hotellin kunto oli vähän rapistunut, mutta hotelli oli siisti. Ruoka oli hyvää, paino nousi vähän yli neljä kiloa. Miinuksena puolihoitoon ei kuulunut ruokajuomaksi edes vesi, vaan se piti erikseen ostaa. suosittelen ottamaan allinclusiveä johon se sisältyy.

Sägs vara ett fyrstjärnigt hotell men jag skulle inte ge mer än två stjärnor. Hotellet kanske var fyrstjärnigt 1984 men inte idag. Finns finare hotell i närheten så gå till dem då området här jättebra. Om det finns någon som säger annat så jobbar de för hotellet eller så ljuger dem!

Šio viešbučio niekaip nepavadinsi 4 žvaigždučių viešbučiu, tačiau 3 tikrai vertas. Didelis minusas lovos ir pagalvės - labai nepatogios. Dar vienas minusas viešbučio garso izoliacija - viskas girdisi, net kaip pas kaimynus vonioje vanduo laša... Viešbučio aprašyme nurodyta, kad yra nemokamas garažas automobiliui, mums tai buvo svarbu renkantis viešbutį, tačiau paaiškėjo, kad tai melas. Viešbutis neturi nei parkingo, nei garažo, o automobilį turėjome palikinėti tiesiog gatvėje. Darbar apie pliusus - paslaugus ir mandagus aptarnaujantis personalas. Maistas skanus, nemažai žuvies ir jūros gėrybių patiekalų. fantastiški kepti šonkauliai :) Apibendrinant - geras kainos ir kokybės santykis.

Generelt godt tilfreds, vi har været der før, men skuffet over værelset. Modsat sidst fik vi et værelse mod nord helt uden sol på altanen, og lige over køkkenudgangen hvor de begynder at larme allerede halv seks. Receptionen ville ikke hjælpe os med andet værelse. Maden udmærket, men lidt ensformig.

Gutes Hotel mit Abstrichen
Gut gelegen. Sauber, Essen in Buffetform gut (HP gebucht). Service nett und freundlich. Erforderliche Reparaturen schnell, aber im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten. Fitnessraum vorhanden, aber aufgrund der Nichtvorhandensein Belüftung nicht nutzbar. Im großen und ganzen ein gutes Hotel, welches aber eine dringende Renovierung benötigt. Keine vier Sterne, bei 14 Tagen für zwei Personen ca. 600 Euro aber sehr angemessen. Publikum russisch, nordisch, deutsch in der Reihenfolge. Fernsehen nur 3sat in Deutsch der Rest per Aufpreis. WLAN langsam und mit 25 Euro die Woche ziemlich teuer. Kitchenette vorhanden aber bis auf den Kühlschrank ohne Geräte und Geschirr.
