We have taken into account your comments about the all inclusive , although we are quite surprised, because the general feed back from our guests about the all inclusive food and drinks is quite positive. We regret once more for not having fulfilled entirely your expectations but hope that you still had a good stay.

Cher Eric, Nous sommes désolés du changement d´hôtel qui n´avait pas été prévu. Nous espérons que malgré tout vous avez eu on bon séjour. . L´hôtel de votre changement est un très bon hôtel, également 4 étoiles et avec le même concept.. Nous regrettons les inconveniences.
