Property is quite old and doesnt really look like the photos. However the lady at the front desk was amazing and exetrmely helpful. Location is also very good

This will sound pedantic however most motels offer complimentary biscuits with the tea and coffee. Henry Parks did not so I consumed the packet of crisps and then have received multiple phone calls for payment. Not good promotion.

Travelling through and booked last minute. Chose the King Spa room for the space. Huge room with beds positioned away from each other which suited us perfectly as a family of 3 (couple plus adult daughter). A bit dated but clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay. Comfy beds, equipped kitchenette and located at the back of the property away from traffic noise. Got a fright in the middle of the night with the thumping of possums on the roof! Otherwise a perfectly pleasant stay.

Large clean room with late checkin accommodated with no problem. Very friendly staff, which considering they were working on Christmas Eve was very much appreciated.

As in all motels you have to use the bathroom/toilet to fill the jug for a cup of tea. Unhygienic! Not sure how this passes health regulations but it's been the same for ever. Also the lighting was too dim to read. No comfortable chairs to watch TV etc. Toilet was not all that clean around the bowl and the sink taps dripped. The car park was a bit hit and miss. Maybe you should paint room numbers on the car parks. Basically it was ok for the price and the staff and service were fine. Breakfast was good and on time. Well, you did ask me.

So convenient, easy to get to, very spacious, comfortable and warm! (Important for qlders) very friendly staff and nice restaurant onsite. The room was so big and the bed was wonderful.

We booked because the property advertised a restaurant. On arrival we were told it was unavailable as the chef quit a week previously. The infrastructure is very dated. Otherwise OK.

Found the staff very pleasant. Facilities need updating and there’s not enough parking area for all guests. Motel is well situated.
