We have been here before 17th March 2018 and book the same type of room.
1/. However, this visit, surprisingly we didn’t get the same type of room. Previous is bigger and now smaller.
2/. Checked with frontdesk, our previous room has been downgraded without actually notified us. Frontdesk told us, our current room is a bit expensive due to the view.
3/. We requested for the same room and been told all booked.
4/. Called Frontdesk requesting for Duty Manager that nite, 27th Dec 2018 and not available. Called again and surprisingly he is not aware about the issue.
5/. I’ve told him the issue and since the whole rooms have been booked, i’m requesting for free breakfast for 2 but denied.
6/. Instead he offer me a free dinner only for 1. There are 4 of us. Doesn’t make any senses
7/. Later he called me back, and been told, previously is not downgraded but the room has been upgraded.
8/. I’ve told him, can you pls upgraded our room if you have available room and i’ll pay the differences
9/. Yes, there are available room and he can’t upgrade our room because of can’t cancel the current booking and i need to make a new booking. Sigh
