We always encourage our guest to let us know when they are having issues. I do understand your not wanting the guest above you to be upset, being a hotel we have seen a lot of very understanding guest in this case I am sure it would have worked out the same. We would have gladly put you on a higher floor but it looks like you had a handicap accessible room and all of those room types are on the first floor. I am sorry about the room keys, those can become easy canceled if to close to a cell phone and any credit cards. I will look into the breakfast condition on your stay. We do not allow that type product to be served to our guest. Again we are very sorry and we enjoyed having you!
