The facility didn’t have any towels. The assistant manager was very inappropriate and not professional. I asked for the general manager and she refused to give me any information. She threatened to not give me back my deposit as we left. I would advise all people to stay away from this place.

For a 2/3 star property its a 9/10 great sleep quite,convenience store nearby ,parking is safe and ample.only issue coffee machine in room didnt work

Our room didn’t have A/C. We had to move to another room/floor in the middle of the night. But the staff person that was working was very empathetic and helpful.

Never book with Expedia at this property. They treat you like a second class citizen. Avoid it, Buyer beware.

I liked it a lot. Staff was amazing and friendly and Kate was great. Best in room coffee so far. Only reason for 4 star is the bedding. The mattress was not comfortable and too many sheets as cover.

Loved the cleanliness of the property! Very nice hotel, however upon arriving the receptionist was not very welcoming. Other than that the rest of the staff were very friendly and polite!

Clean and great service at the front desk. Lady helping us was very nice. Rooms were clean and new. Drinks and snacks were pretty expensive at the hotel lobby.

The location was convenient. The only complaint is the breakfast, you have to pay and the breakfast was not good at all.

Overall, excellent hotel. Nearly all of the staff was fantastic. The bed and rooms were super comfortable. The thermostat actually worked and the temp was perfect. Great shower (bring your own shampoo/conditioner/soap). Decent tv but could only log on to one of our streaming services and watching it was a pain as the programs skipped the whole time. I don't understand why. Easy parking the whole week, except for the weekend, when it was packed. All but one of the staff was super polite, above and beyond helpful, professional. Only one seemed like he hated me or his job or maybe he was just bored to death??? I previously reviewed the hotel and commented on the security guy drinking on the job. I later found out he did NOT work for the hotel, but rather a nearby shopping area and was just relaxing at the hotel bar. So, I stand corrected on that. Nice gym and pool. There is laundry. The whole property was one of the cleanest and best kept hotels I have stayed. I have two complaints: no complimentary breakfast/coffee ($13 per person paid breakfast I will never be partaking in). I had to get in the car and drive 10 minutes to Starbucks as they don't have free coffee available ever and the cheap k-pods suck. I had to get in my car and drive at least 10-15 minutes to get every meal as nothing was walking distance. They said the bar was open every day until 1000pm, it was not. The bartender was never at the bar, if she was there at all and she definitely wasn't there some days.

Laundry, check. Bodega, check. Safety & parking, check. Nearly all of staff were great, polite, professional, helpful, generous. A couple were a bit weird. Security was a crazy person with no teeth who was drinking beer at the bar while working & i later saw him coming out of a room. Dude was creepy. I wish there was a hot tub, but pool only. My two major complaints are that they charged $13 for a crappy breakfast & you couldnt even grab coffee for free or any time after breakfast. And I was told the bar was open every day until at least 1000pm. In fact, the bar was only open one day, the day the security guard was drinking at it on the job & telling lies. Nothing was in walking distance, so i had to go out to get 2 meals a day, every day which was expensive and inconvenient. But the majority of the staff was awesome which made everything great.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and paid in advance. I arrived around 6:00PM for check in and was told that they no longer have rooms with 2 queen beds because other guests decided last minute to extend their stay. I was told that they only had 1 other room with a king bed. Luckily, it was just me and a friend that were staying so we were okay with sharing. I know the price I paid was for 2 queens and was told that I would receive a credit for the difference once I checked out. I haven’t received anything! To be honest, I thought it was crappy for them to give our room away. If they wouldn’t have had the 1 king room, we would have been stranded without a hotel. Other than that the hotel was okay. They were doing construction in the lobby at the time and only 1 elevator worked.

Clean and comfortable.
Had a very good day the hotel was very clean close and convenient to everything. The only con was only one elevator was working. And the floor I was on the ice machine was not working I had to go down to the lower floor.
