Not worth of the price
Wardrobe doors doesn’t close properly, so light thru glass doors was shining all night. After visitor slipper were left in room. Gym was not working from 6:30 as it should be. There were no personal stuff in wellness, was explained that they are late, watter heat in shower in wellness in change room does not regulate, it is so hot. When cheking out as a standart i was asked “how was my stay?” After i said not good, they haven’ ask what was not good. Just after after silence minute commented that stay was already paid. Positive - personal stuff in breakfast erea were very nice.

Regarding the wardrobe doors, I am truly sorry that this has happened, I can imagine this is disturbing as you would like to sleep well. Unfortunately, our Personal Trainer was 15 minutes later that specific day due to big traffic jam. We can imagine that this is not a nice start of the day. 2nd extended stay here (both times 12 days ). Physical property very nice, great rooms, comfortable bed, great AC, decently run. My reason for only giving it average service is that the personal attention to customers does not equal the high-end that it exudes. Not that I'm looking to be pampered, but when a customer comes to the bar, he/she is the focus point, NOT talking to your co-workers or making pitchers of drinks for later. This is a management problem, as the well groomed and high-end staff, doesn't know how to interact with customers. Frequency is way too low, and attention to customers progress in drink, meal, bill, etc is inattentive. The food: last year the chef was super creative and presented interesting and extremely well prepared fresh ingredients. This year remnants of the same menu still existed, but cooking was 3 notches down, and food seems like it is being used from leftover breakfast buffet ingredients. All this shouldn't take you away from this solid hotel, for the rooms are excellent, and when shopped appropriately the price can be good. My comments are as much for staff as customers: manage better, respect your customers needs and attention, and be the role you exude, a "service-first" establishment.

Hotel has changed ownership since last visit so interesting contrast. Lobby has improved and restaurant is better. Service is not of same level as especially as this time I booked a suite for my family despite asking two times room was not cleaned. Also I had a second room booked for the other part of my family upon arrival it was confirm that two rooms will be on same floor but when we checked in we were told that it is no possible. Ver disappointing On positive side massage services are great spa infrastructure needs renewal.

Wonderful visit. Great service from Pascal at check-in at the Front office, Bas with room service, Nicola and Noah at the bar and Maria from housekeeping. A truly great all round service from all department. I would definitely stay here again.

The perfect getaway

Nice 5 star hotel with pool nearby The Hague city centre. From the tram stop nearby, it is a 10 minute ride to the city centre. Good clean room, early check in possible, large car park, good breakfast and friendly personnel. Large pool, sauna and fitness facilities in the basement open till 11 PM. Would choose this hotel again when visiting The Hague!

Short and simple walk to World Congress Center. Restaurant & bar open late, and on Monday, when everything else is closed. Super friendly staff. Nice view from the room.

booked a superior room with king size but they gave me a double bed with separate 2 blanket they had to change the room the day after Also I stayed three night the never changed the bed sheets and the covers for the pillows

The location was perfect, the staff were very friendly, the bar area was really nice with really comfy seating,the room was so comfortable especially the beds, bathroom had a great shower and a separate bath we had a late check out....it was just beautiful ❤️

I've stayed here before (5 years ago) and was disappointed. We were put in the new wing which i think is worse than the old. our sons stayed in the old wing which I think is still nicer. The pillows were lumpy and too big to sleep on, there were no robes and slippers, the cleaning for the second day wasn't great in the bathroom and the bed wasn't completely made. The telephone didn't work and I repeatedly asked for it to be fixed which only happened on the morning of the day we checked out. The reception was friendly but didn't seem to get anything done. I asked for luggage assistance and was told i'd have to do it myself as they were too busy..... Very disappointed as i brought my family for a treat as my previous experience was great. The best experience this time was the waiter at dinner who gave excellent service.

I would like to inform you that we do indeed have a ''new'' wing which is build about 10 years ago, and a ''old'' wing which is totally renovated 1,5 year ago. I am sorry to read that you have missed the robes and slippers as they are always hide in the closet. Please inform us next time during your stay so we can assist your with that. Especially that you are writing that your previous stay was great we are sorry to read that we were below your expectations.
