일정 변경 및 취소 불가(환불 불가)상품으로 구매했지만, 일정을 변경할 수밖에 없는 사정이 생겨 호텔 측과 직접 컨택하여 일정 변경을 요청했는데 정말 친절하게 응대해 주셨고 페널티 없이 일정을 변경해 주셨습니다. 호텔 위치도 아름다운 이아마을, 바다를 바라볼 수 있는 위치에 있어 정말 좋았습니다. TV에서 아리랑 방송이 나와 반갑더군요ㅎㅎ

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. The host was very accommodating.they even gave us a complimentary bottle which was a plus. They gave us great recommendations for dinner and breakfast. We were able to enjoy a nearby pool of the property. Everything was organize perfectly. I would recommend to family and friends.

Excellent stay! Decent room, nice jacuzzi, located next door to the most iconic blue church in Oia. What spectacular view! Very helpful front desk staff and they helped us carrying our luggage in and out.

Wonderful location with a caldera view. It’s only 42 steps from the main walkway. The suite has a jetted tub that overlooks the caldera. The blue-topped domes are visible from the terrace. Rooms are spacious and suite had a full kitchen and two bathrooms. Porter service and front desk were excellent. Would recommend this property.

Die Suite ist schön, sehr schlicht eingerichtet, das Bad erstklassig, ebenfalls das Bett und die Terrasse sehr ästhetisch. Leider fehlt es in der Küche an Geschirr, es gab alle Arten von Gläsern, ansonsten nur 3 Tassen und 2 Teelöffel! Wir mussten uns Messer und Teller kaufen um einigermassen angemessen frühstücken zu können. 2 Kaffeekapseln pro Tag und ein paar Teebeutel, die nicht nachgefüllt wurden, Minibar mit allen erdenklichen Getränken. Kaffemavhine und Wasserkocher ok. Sehr störend war die Putzkraft, die morgens ab 9.00 auf der Terrasse putzte und ein ruhiges Frühstück verunmöglichte. Nach 3 Tagen wurde auf unsere Beschwerden hin das Putzen auf später verlagert. Die tolle Lage, der Ausblick auf den Vulkan haben für all das entschädigt. Wir hatten die Wohnung gebucht, weil wir bei der Angabe „Geschirr“ und Küche davon ausgegangen sind, dass wir eine Kochgelegenheit für ein Frühstücksei und warme Milch zum Kaffee vorfinden würden. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich ausserdem der Zugang zu Putzkammer, was zu den genannten Störungen führte. Diese Wohnung ist nicht zu empfehlen! Ansonsten hatten wir einen fantastischen Urlaub!

We had a great time, but there are rooms for improvement. We booked for three adults. We got a double bed and a 3ft wide and may be 6.5ft sofa bed. My son slept there and he is 21 and 6'1'. It wasn't easy to manage, but we got by.

Katherine and Kostas were amazing. Prior to our arrival she scheduled transfers to and from the hotel, made dinner reservations for a special occasion and gave wonderful recommendations for our stay. The suite was amazing with an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the sea. I am a travel agent and will be sharing this place with my clients.

Beware of tourists entering private areas
Stay was great but in a very popular area so beware of tourists creeping on your balcony. Multiple times we had tourists actually enter our balcony !

Le plus impressionnants dans ce logement c'est bien évidemment la vue qui est vraiment magnifique et captivante, autour évidemment beaucoup de logement mais pas bruyant, le logement ce situe un peu plus bas que la rue principale ou il y a tous les touristes donc pas de personne qui vous regarde ou encore de bruit. Le spa est très bien et la salle de bain magnifique. Le lit est très confortable. Ainsi que le personnel est très agréable. Je conseil vivement.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chroma Suites! The property was in a fantastic location with all the wonderful caldera views, the jacuzzi and ocean views. The staff was friendly and helpful and we also enjoyed our free bottle of wine! Highly recommend!

Staff will park/retrieve your rental car.
The staff is very accommodating. Our hardest hurdle was renting car and finding a spot to park to check in. Parking is difficult as there is not many public spots. The staff will park your car and get it whenever you would like to have it. Totally welcomed and appreciated!

Deluxe suite worth every penny, best view in Oia!
We splurged on the deluxe suite as it was our honeymoon, and as fantastic as it looks in the photos, it is so much more! We could have fit a family of 5 in that space! It’s almost a 2-bedroom, with a spare room between the bedroom and the living room with what looks like an L-shaped bed, but it’s more like a sofa. Additionally, there are 2 separate bathrooms! (but sadly the starlights have been removed) Full kitchen with mini fridge, spacious living room, and the perfect bedroom cave for a dark night’s sleep. You can sit outside and people-watch among the beautiful white homes of Oia, or turn take in the Caldera view that constantly took my breath away. I will say though, the hotel is building a new suite to the left of the suite, and this will be obstructing the view of Oia on the left side. Too bad, but there’s still more than enough to see. A few things didn’t work - the satellite was out (but fixed on our last day), and the shower button was sticky, and housekeeping was a bit odd sometimes, but all in all everything was great. The customer service was really amazing, were always prompt to answer the phone and to send someone over to fix any issues, and arranged our transportation to the airport. Overall, massive and beautiful suite, soothing hot tub, stunning view, and fantastic customer service. If I’m back in Oia, I’ll be coming here again!

Amazing Oia (pronounced eeah)
Was an amazing oasis to experience...Amazing blue waters with many wonderful restaurants and boutique shops. FYI: the terrain is not even and the amazing beautiful view attracts many for personal photo shoots.

When we made the reservation, the superior suite said that we had a jacuzzi included, that was part of the reason we booked Chroma Suites. When we arrived, they told us that we did not have a jacuzzi. The receptionist told us that she would call us later that day to let us know for another room and she never called. The room had a constant of sewer odor and the WiFi was terrible, it did not work. I will never go back and would not recommend.

Oia a été la dernière escale de notre séjour en Grèce. Ce fut le clou du spectacle avec cet établissement niché à flan de falaise, bassin privatif et vue sur la caldeira. Exactement ce dont nous avions besoin. Vous êtes déconnectés du monde réel après avoir passé le petit portillon bleu vous amenant à votre suite.

Très bel endroit, rapport qualité/prix décevant
Magnifique endroit dans un lieu exceptionnel. Belle terrasse et chambre confortable. Jacuzzi (hot tubes) pas très propre et inutilisable car beaucoup trop chaud (sauf peut-être pour cuire des homards) dans la mesure où l'on souhaiterait s'en servir pour se rafraîchir. Même si l'on ne vas pas à Oia pour regarder la TVA, les programmes proposés sont extrêmement décevants et aucune possibilité de suivre la coupe du Monde de Foot (match Brésil - Suisse). Prix excessifs pour un transfert vers l'aéroport (prendre le bus local très bon marché).

I might say the room is spacious, but it’s the only good thing i could tell. The room includes a jacuzzi, however the water is quite dirty, dead bodies of flies and mosquitos could be easily seen. And i don’t think it has a cleaning system to the water. We didn’t use it at all. And it could be noisy in the morning, when tourists come to the photo spot just right outside the room.

Great hotel for family vacation.
Service is the best thing about this hotel. They make sure everything is right from start to finish. They even arranged transfers with ease (for a charge) which was great! There is some construction going on but wasn't very bothersome. Overall fantastic hotel.

Private balcony spa with caldera view
The deluxe apartment has relatively newly renovated bathrooms whereas the kitchen is a little older (we didn't cook). Spa had a fantastic view of the caldera as did the separate sunbathing balcony. This was a second visit to Santorini and we stayed and visited only Oia this time. Ten minutes walk to the castle and various sunset vantage points. Lots of nice restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Taxi from airport was about 35€ (April 2018) which was cheaper than the shuttle for 2 people (40€) back to the airport. Note, there's no tax free counter at Santorini airport.

There was renovation but we were made aware before we went on our trip. The place is nice. The only thing is we wish there will be more privacy from The room next to us. Also we wish that the hotel Make it clear or place a sign that the Jacuzzi we had in our room that was outdoor was only for the renters of that unit. One night we came back to our room and there was a couple sitting in our lounge chairs and ised our jacuzzi which was really bad. We had to ask them to leave, and told them that the area belongs to us. it kind of killed the moment because we were tired all daythen come back to that. Otherwise the room is nice and location is at the center.
