This is the worst Hampton I have stayed at. Wallpaper was falling off the walls in the hallways. It just didnt have the feel and meet my expecations for a Hampton Inn. It felt like a much lower grade hotel.

Our room was not clean the hallway was dirty wall paper was falling off the walls. The carpet and couch was very dirty the paint was peeling from the walls. We would not recommend this motel to anyone.

The hotel is where I normally stay when I’m in Valdosta. This time the building was hot and so was my room. The front desk staff provided a fan and the next day, maintenance was able to get it feeling a little better. They dropped the ball on this visit and stay. The staff were all friendly though.

Very expensive for a dirty hotel with a rude staff. Breakfast was minimal. Room wasn't even stocked properly. Very poor. Will not be back.

When we arrived to check in, the clerk was not very communicative. She just took my card and gave me my room key. She did not even give us basic information about the breakfast that was offered the next morning. I ended up having to call down to the front desk and ask another clerk that told us about the time breakfast would be offered. Secondly, When we arrived to the room, i discoverd that there was no blanket or pillows for the sofa bed that my son would be sleeping on. So we went down to the front desk and informed the clerk that we need pillows and a blanket. The clerk said that they were out of pillows. So then after telling us that they were out of pillows, she leaves the front desk,comes back with a blanket and pillows. Now, she just said they were out pillows? So we go to our room, and later that night my son says to me, that there is a foul odor coming from the pillows that the clerk gave us earlier that night. So i smelled the pillow, and my son was right, it was foul. There was a foul odor that was coming from the pillows. So my son ended up having to use one of my pillows. Upon checking out the next day,i innformed the clerk on duty about this and she said she would let her manger know. havent heard form anybody. Thirdly, The A/C unit in the room sounds like a plane taking off. All night long we were awakened by it coming on and going off. There was a loud bang sound when it turned off. Needs maintenance.I am very disappointed in our stay here. .

The hair dryer was torn from the wall and not replaced. Hair on the bathroom floor that was not ours. Tub had stains. Toilet seat was broken. Very disappointed.

The room smelled awful. Very stale and musty. Had to run the air and heat alternating to make it livable. The thermostat fan toggle is broken off so cannot run the fan only. Very poor.

We arrived to be informed that they had cleaned the room carpets. Our room carpets were wet and my wife slipped walking into the bathroom and fell. We used digital key and no advance info was provided to know this cleaning was being done. The smell was unpleasant and conditions unacceptable.

The room was dusty and I woke up this morning with a swollen and itchy arm. Something bite me while sleeping. I notified the lady upon checkout she didn't appear to be concerned. If my arm is still swollen when I get home I'll see my doctor.

Staff was friendly but upon arrival there was an issue with the toilet from the previous guest, we had to call for maintenance to clean up the bathroom. After that, in the morning there was a cockroach on the floor in the bathroom.

The hotel is obviously old and in serious need of renovation. The first room TV controller didn’t work and there was no channel guide. The bed mattress sagged and squeaked. All the carpets were worn and appeared dirty. The second room was some better. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The Bathroom Tub was Filthy with Pubic Hair and dirt.The living room area under the Table or Desk had Trash under it.Doesn't look like it's been Vacuumed in a while.I reported this Uncleanness to the Night and Day Shift Front Desk Attendant Immediately.The Room was Room 234.

The rooms were dirty and had hair all over the bathroom. First room the air did not work and after 2 hours it was still 76 in the room. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. She moved us to another room. While the air worked in that room it was just as dirty and dingy as the first. Hair in the bathroom, mold all over the ceiling. The second room was off the elevator and we listed to a child run back and forth to the elevator for an hour slamming doors in between. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Place needs a lot of maintenance. Wallpaper coming off walls in many places. Was told upon checking in (rather unpleasantly) that my Hilton rewards were not accepted since the booking was thru a third party. This was news to me. Rather irritating .

Wallpaper was coming off of walls in hallway. Carpet was heavily soiled in hallway. Furniture in room was soiled and outdated. Water did not get very hot when taking shower. Light was broken and bulb was just sitting on base with shade resting on top. If that had been my first experience with Hampton, I would not return! Very disappointed! I have stayed at many Hampton’s and never before experienced one so outdated and that needed so many repairs! I will not return to that one!
