We booked this hotel because it was on our way home from North Carolina. Online it had a some very misleading pictures that made it look like a nice hotel. When we first arrived there was no one at the front desk for over 15 minutes, when he finally arrived, he apologized and claimed he was fixing a rooms tv. The grounds are dirty with dead and alive bugs all over. Rooms smelled and the bathrooms were very old and dirty. We had to keep our shoes on because the rug was sticky and disgusting. We felt stuck because we prepaid $90 for this stay. The pool area was a joke, the concrete was cracked or had peeled off, chairs were rusty and dirty. WE went to use the pool, but hotel front desk couldn't find any clean towels, so he brought our three hand towels we thought as a joke, but that was all he had. In the morning we went to have coffee and a hot breakfast, well apples, milk a juice machine with two waffle makers but no waffle mix to use. We asked the lady at the front desk, and she said I can make you some batter if you want a waffle. After returning from the kitchen after 5 minutes she had enough mix for one waffle and went back to the desk, we had 6 people waiting for waffles, we left his bad experience behind and will never stay at a Quality Inn again. I am disappointed Hotels.com has this even available for anyone to stay, it's an embarrassment.
