There are dead and alive bugs. The area is noisy because of people hanging outside of rooms smoking weed. I think someone who works there rides a motorcycle because it’s always there when I go and it’s so noisy. These have to be the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. I think the majority of the staff live in the hotel. The customer service was horrible and I was asked if I had bugs with me. I will never stay there again and I will be sure to spread the word.

First of all, please do not do fake feedback. We did not give you a refund so are putting a negative feedback. Reason behind is all this is refund. You book through the third party why cant you reach out to them instead of troubling the hotel. Have some respect toward to the hotel who provide a shelter in all situation. Easily one of the worst hotels stays I’ve experience in my lifetime and we travel fairly constantly. Firstly let me state I was given rooms 109 and 111. We booked adjoining rooms. We got side by side. The girl charged the card we reserved the rooms with without asking and wasn’t even going to say anything until we asked her why she wasn’t asking for our card and that’s when she tried to blame her mistake on orbitz/expedia rather than owning her mistake. So now I have to deal with waiting for those charges to be refunded. Both rooms had damage, dirt, grime, unclean bathrooms, and towels that were literally 2 different colors because some were so badly stained or yellowing. The half the tv channels in both rooms were all static or no volume. All the sheets had stains on every bed. The bathroom looked like the floor & tub has never been properly cleaned. Several outlets didn’t work or looked hazardous. We were told checkout was at noon. However, we got a knock at the door while we were still in bed. We were told that checkout was at 11 but we’d “graciously” be given til 11:30. We had to rush to get all of our kids dressed and out the door in less than 15mins. When we went to check out, the guy at the counter asked us who checked us in and we told him a young girl and that she had clearly told us checkout was at noon. The man replied “oh that’s my sister she sucks” like wow. Def one of my top ten worst motel experiences. Would have stayed somewhere else if I could have.

First, you haven't left any message for adjoining rooms nor you haven't call-in ahead of time for adjoining rooms nor you didn't left any message in your reservation about adjoining rooms. Yes, we do charge your card ahead of time because it was friday and we wanted to secure your rooms and we were busy on that day. Furthermore, you haven't come to front desk to complain about both of the rooms, and even I asked the guys when he came to return the keys that "how was your stay and he replied it was great and there was nothing wrong with both of the rooms" he did not state anything about TV channels, different towels, etc. We would definitely give you a different rooms if you had called the front desk, but you haven't come to front desk complaining about this issues. We appreciate your business and looking forward to serve you again soon.

Pleasant stay
The staff was pleasant. Though the room and bathroom were outdated it was clean & comfortable. It had a small refrigerator microwave and sofa. Breakfast was from 6-9am. All was good except the powered eggs. Wish they served real eggs otherwise all was extremely good. Restaurants, gas stations & I 75 were about 5-8 mins away. The hotel was super cheap for our holiday stay, super quiet environment, and we had a comfortable & pleasant stay. If you are ok with that then I recommend a stay here.

Ehhhhh.
Check in was quick. The toilet lid needs to be changed in room 119 because it moves a lot. The bed was a rock. The hardest bed I have ever slept on. The breakfast was good but by the time we got to it at 8:30 there was no bread for toast or any bread items. No replenishment either. Orange peach juice was good.

Property is old and dated. Smoke alarm was disconnected and laying on dresser. Hair drier was simply missing off wall. Noted this to staff and they were unable to fix….even though they had replacements. I offered to remount new hair drier to bathroom wall and replace batteries in alarm. After a fruitless and frustrating discussion I was informed they couldn’t allow me to do “electrical work”. Much later in the evening they contacted us and offered another room. We declined because it was late, we would have needed to repack and then move our car and belongings to other side of complex. Disappointing stay. Definitely no bargain here.
