Thank you for your very valued feed back. It is through reviews such as yours, we can improve where needed. We are very sorry about the issues you incurred. This is not the type of service we provide. We are a very fast paced busy property. We did alert the issue of the toilet to our maintenance and, he was able to just tighten up the bottom screws to secure it. We did alert housekeeping of your room issues. We discovered it was our Head Housekeeper, that cleaned your room. She was very saddened by your remarks and, has added your room to a full housekeeping and maintenance detail list. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. There is a housekeeper and maintenance person on property at all times to address housekeeping and maintenance issues. These employees should have been alerted when these type of issues occur at check in. I am very sorry and express my deepest sincerity. We were very busy that day and due to not having regular suites we had to give you handicapped room but only difference in that room is shower other then other amenities are same. We cook hot breakfast from scratch and we don't want to burn the eggs if we put on high temperature that is why we keep microwave so if is not warm then guest can use microwave and have same taste of food. As a independent property we try to provide high quality hot breakfast and we cook everyday in the morning to serve our guest fresh food. Guest can always request for tea or coffee we always provide them .I did talked to front desk regarding copy issue but we do maintain our guest personal information ,after check out we destroy them securely .We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.
