May we take this opportunity to re-confirm with you that the hotel shuttle bus is a priority which reserved for In-House Guest only. You were expected to check out on the 22nd of December 2019. But you required a seat on the same day so that our staff put you on the waiting list for the shuttle bus as the seats were subject to availability on the morning of the 22nd. We do, however, respect and honor the wish of you who do not want to be on the waiting list, in this case, the Hotel Front Office Manager has flexibility arranged and confirmed 1 seat for you.
