Exceptional Hotel with the best Dining experience!
Amazing resort! We had the best time and enjoyed every part of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner was excellent!!! Adi who is the manager treated us great, and was always around the hotel to make sure everyone was enjoying their time. Massage was also very good and professional! We will definitely come back every time we visit Israel.

This was a perfect couples get away. The hotel is modern and beautiful. The staff was very friendly. Hotel very clean. Super relaxing. The breakfast was AMAZING! The restaurant was delicious. Can’t wait to go back.

The entry to the hotel was difficult to find. After driving around several times we were told the closed gate is where we enter. There was no sign to indicate this the entry to Galei Kinert.

After i arrived to check in i been told no kids allowe When i booked did not say that on my booking. I had to go find a different hotel

We had an amazing stay. A beautiful hotel with a Super friendly staff and magnificent poolside area right on the Kineret.

Disappointed
Our stay at this property was very disappointing- we had a cockroach in our bed, we waited 40 minutes for a waiter to take our order for lunch and we ended up leaving and we had to change rooms because it smelled like sewage ( mind you we had the most expensive rooms). These are just a few of the issues we encountered .. I do have to say that the location and property is very nice

Cette hôtel ne vaut pas 5 étoiles Les jacuzzi sont en vis à vis donc pas très intime une odeur d’égout dans le lobby Un hôtel adulte only mais tu peux pas fumer sur ton transat. Conclusion je ne le conseille pas du tout

From the moment we walked into this property my family and I were amazed at how beautiful it was from the detail inside and out it was just fabulous! The food was outstanding and staff incredible…… Odelia was Amazing she couldn’t do enough for us with grace a constant smile no to mention coming from the same country!
