The room I was placed in was next door to another room being remodeled. At 7am the construction crew began making the biggest racket. By 8am they were hammering the adjoining wall so loud I was forced to check out early. No consideration was given for guests trying to get a good night's sleep. Worse experience I've ever had staying at a hotel.

Capacitar al personal sobre el tema: calidad de servicio al huésped, donde englobe la amabilidad, cordialidad y empatía. Porque de nada les sirve que tengan buena infraestructura si el personal es apático, grosero, impaciente, prepotente. No lo recomiendo ni me vuelvo a quedar ahí.

Second time staying here. Front desk lady rude and impolite. Wifi didn't work. Told to wait 30 minutes. Still didn't work. Room was so cold that I had to sleep with a winter jacket. Buyer beware.

Good morning Antoine, we apologize for what happened with the wifi and we also ask you to understand that the wifi is an extra service offered by the hotel which is provided by a company outside of us and that it is something that we cannot control When you filed the complaint, we were already working on the problem and the technicians from the internet service provider company were also at the facilities fixing it.As for the weather; His room had heating, in the same way, with all the confidence, he could request help to turn it on or request an extra blanket.The receptionist will analyze what happened and take action.We appreciate his comments.

For the money it’s a great spot to stay in one of Tijuana’s best eating and drink areas, La Cacho. I’ll stay here again for sure.

This location is near dining attractions and casual spots. There is a bit of construction going on within the property. I'm assuming for future improvements. No real common areas. Very modern motel vibe.

Las habitaciones aún que sean de 2 camas comentan que son para " 2 personas" y cobran 200 pesos por persona extra. En las instalaciones de plomeria si no sale solo agua fría, solo sale agua caliente no cuenta con una de cada una.

Buen dia Carlos, efectivamente todas nuestras habitaciones ya sean una o dos camas son para dos personas como lo dice en la informacion al momento de realizar su reservacion. Lamentamos el inconveniente en cuanto al tema del agua ya que nos encontramos en remodelacion por lo que presentamos incidencias con la regulacion del agua fria y caliente, le pedimos una disculpa por esta molestia al igual que agradecemos nos haga saber su opinion ya que esta nos ayuda a mejorar. Esperamos tenerlo pronto y que su estadia sea placentera.

Buen día Iván, revisamos la situación que nos presentas. Se te hizo check-in y se asignó habitación la cual era para dos personas y con ustedes llegó una tercera persona; en base a las políticas de la empresa se debía realizar el pago de 200 pesos para que pudiese ingresar a las instalaciones, al no querer realizar el ya mencionado se expusieron 3 soluciones: pagar la persona extra, que se retirara esta misma o el que se retiraran todos si no deseaban cumplir con las políticas de nuestra empresa a lo cual decidieron retirarse. Las normas y políticas están para llevar un orden y brindar un mejor servicio, el empleado en turno cumplía con su trabajo y no fue grosero en ningún momento, Para cualquier aclaración estamos a sus órdenes.

Great location.lots of stuff near. Bars,restaurants etc.. Only bad thing we found a couple roaches and the shower curtain was nasty. We have stayed here before and it's a been a great stay unfortunately not this time. Don't rent the bottom rooms.the ones above and across are the nicer rooms.

El hotel está bien, las habitaciones son amplias y el interior limpio. La televisión está enorme (55 pulgadas) el aire acondicionado funciona bien, etc. En general muy bien, muy conveniente para caminar hacia la avenida revolución; sobre la misma zona hay restaurantes.
