Just about average

The iron and ironing board was rotten and wasn’t available readily. Overall just ok. Restaurant was good and accommodating but else not interested in staying again.

Location is very close to the airport. Decent breakfast spread though restaurant is rather limited for seating capacity

People are nice but facilities suck.

Terrible experience with leaky bathrooms, water all over the floors don't know if it was dirty water from sink drain, we had to change rooms once on a 3 day trip- the next one was pretty much the same. The hotel staff did not seem to care! Dripping faucets, such a waste in an area with water shortages. Toilet paper roll was not replaced and when we asked again they gave us a half roll, that too with reluctance. I am not a regular reviewer of hotels but this one needs special mention. Need to up their game, would not recommend at all.

Over all this place was good for a one-night stay. Comfortable beds, we had a good room service meal, and it seemed in a good location. We had requested to be picked up at the airport, but our driver never showed up, so we took a regular taxi.

While there are many other hotels in the city, this hotel is unique, as it has modern facilities, great staff and wonderful food. Everyone is welcoming and helpful, and ready to make your stay great. I stayed for three days and was extremely comfortable- large bed, plenty of outlets, in-room temperature control and clean, modern bathroom. Also, the room service menu at this hotel is one of the best that I have seen in my travels! So many amazing options and they are all delicious. Very pleasant stay and will be back again!

Très bon rapport qualité / prix / service

Hôtel qui ne paye pas de mine par son environnement (extérieurs de Tirichurapally) mais propre, avec un bon service et un excellent rapport qualité prix, le problème de l'anglais est toujours présent mais à recommander.

Nice hotel - far from everything

This was a nice hotel but very far from everything. Some of the staff were lovely e.g. The guards outside, cleaners and reception staff but some were very surly e.g. In the restaurant. The food was ok

After checking in to a room after I settled into a room I was told I have to move into a different room and it must have been a smoking room as the smell was unbearable. The internet quality was terrible too.

Great location. Clean hotel

The rooms were well designed, functional and clean. The mini garden in the 4th floor next to breakfast area was beautiful. Service was great. Breakfast had great choices

Great hotel can be improved

Great hotel and comfort. Only two reason for me to give four stars 1. Restaurant service Super slow and they forgot orders 2. Just before checkout our toilet flush water turned black. Must have been filter failure in recycled water. But when we reported to reception the lady there said they had never seen such a thing and only I was complaining. When I showed her picture she could not respond.

Nice hotel

Stay in hotel was excellent but the timings for dinner mentioned was 11.30 pm but we were at 11.00pm in the room they said that no dinner other than sandwich, we went from bangalore had a long journey & we were disappointed but we did no go for dinner to Trichy we went to srirangam to do ranganatha Swamy Darsham but other than dinner timings we had a very good stay in the hotel & enjoyed very well

a fairly decent hotel in trichy

this was a short stay, the rooms are ok, decent size and clean but the lighting in the rooms and the whole hotel in general is rather dim. Plus point is the restaurant a joining the hotel has one of the best biriyani rice in trichy.

Great hotel in Trichi

Stayed one night on a three day trip of Tamil Nadu. Great hotel! Room was clean, service was great, fourth floor restaurant was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderfully modern, clean, and extremely helpful.

We had a perfect one week stay here- clean, modern, bathrooms totally upgraded, great hot showers, food great & well priced, and staff helped every inch of the way. We plan to stay again. Cannot beat it for quality, amenities, central location, and. Quality of staff.
