Hotel clean. Breakfast menu good. Dinner menu overpriced for the quality . Room clean and adequate. This is not of the quality of a five star hotel. At best four stars appropriate. Area is quiet. Close to Alpiri. So going to Tirumala is easier. No shopping nearby. For buying anything you have to hire a taxi by or Uber.

Enjoyed the dining options and amenities. Food is delicious with a lot if variety. However, dislike the hotel room- small, not well kept. Stains noted in restrooms and on lamps in living room. Lamps are not in their best condition

While the property itself is nice and decently maintained, it cannot call itself a 5 star hotel. At best it is a 4 star hotel with 3 star service. The aircon in the room cannot be controlled by the user, it requires someone from maintenance to configure it - for which I had to speak to reception three times. The water in the shower, at the highest setting, was tepid at best. This too needed me to speak to reception multiple times, unfortunately with no resolution. The safe/locker in the room was non functional, and nothing was done about it despite me speaking to reception several times. Overall, it was a disappointing stay. The hotel cannot call itself a 5 star hotel because it falls very short of the level of service/comfort you would expect from a true 5 star hotel.

Excellent option in Tirupathi
We stayed here for one night in Sept 2023. The cleanliness, decor, staff service etc were spot on. Karthik and Jahnavi took care of our check in very effectively. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Since we arrived late at night we did not try the restaurant/ room service etc. The breakfast buffet was fairly extensive and well prepared. I was surprised that the rating was only 7.2 in Hotels.com. this should be atleast a 9. With respect to location, this is a beautiful one, however guests must realize that nearby eating options are limited. This is definitely my number one choice in Tirupathi

Poor check-in experience
Check-in experience was really bad. I was coming after a long day and didn't expected that I'll have to wait at 4 PM to check-in. This was particularly bad due to the fact that I had senior citizens and a small kid with me. 4 PM is really quite late to check-in and the hotel should have had my room ready before my arrival. This single event marred the otherwise a fantastic trip.

There is no paved road to this property so you have to be ready for an extremely bumpy ride. Property is not maintained and staff is unresponsive. Bathrooms were not cleaned and dirty. Not sure how or why this one is a 5-star. Never been to anything like this being called a 5-star

I booked for a 2 night stay from 29-31 if July. This room is for my parents. Overall they are happy with the stay and the facilities. The hotel is little further away from the town but given the resort type nature it makes sense. Only issue I want to mention is with AC as it made the room too cold at night and f welt uncomfortable sleep. Other than that I received good feedback from my parents and we will comeback again in the future.

I stayed 3 nights here with Family. Worst Property please dont book here starting from Front desk, Concierge & Restaurant staff are so rude very demanding. They will never be polite they dont greet at all. Restaurant staff is from another planet, Management is so lousy in taking feedback they dont really care. "Tail end of the story is save your self from this torture and stay some where else".
