Check in process was a breeze. Great help at the front desk with Missy, very informative and helpful. Room was excellent and clean. Location is great with a few restaurants and being right off the highway. We will be stopping here again!

First room was not cleaned and beds weren’t made - sheets hadn’t been changed. The breakfast was limited, had a waffle Iron but nothing to make waffles. The toaster didn’t have levers they were broken off.

My room was a tad run down, a few of the bathroom plugs didn't work and some furniture damage. But overall, my room was clean and I did enjoy that the rooms had a mini fridge and microwave. The staff were helpful and would overall stay here again.

First and last time staying at a Country Inn. Our bathroom was dirty. Common areas were dirty. Literal garbage on the stairs. No available electrical outlets anywhere near the beds. Front desk clerk was excellent and pleasant and helpful. Otherwise, a complete fail. It was so bad: I had booked the next night at another Country Inn but I cancelled it, even though I couldn’t get a refund. Will never choose a Country Inn again. Cannot recommend.

The front desk person was extremely rude not to only me but every customer that was down at the front desk. Once getting to my room and realizing I was double charged for my room she told me there was nothing she could do. She has no business working people.

I love that there was complimentary breakfast every morning. My son enjoyed that and the pool. The ladies in the cafe are extremely nice and curdious. Housekeeping did not ask me if i needed anything at all. I had to ask for extra garbage bags, towels and tags. When i went to ask the one Mexican American, lady she got an attitude and told me not to touch her cart. I was only trying to toss gargage into her garbage bag. So that right there made me feel some type of way. The other housekeeper was an African American lady and she was super nice! So thank you for being so nice to me when asking for extra things for my room. Other than that incident, we had a great visit. The women at the front desk were great as well. Very professional. The lobby was very clean.

We booked last minute and were blown away by how nice the room was. Upon arrival check in was easy and fast, and the desk clerk made sure to call our room to ensure everything was in order and up to our standards. The room was quiet, and clean. Our only complaint was the lack of outlets near the bed to charge our phones. Breakfast was standard and the coffee was ok. We didnt swim so I cant review the pool, though it looked clean at a glance. We would definitely stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised
Passing through on our way to Arizona, we usually choose Hamptons but decided to give this hotel a try, and we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean., comfortable, quiet, quiet, friend friendly, and efficient, much less money. Give a title.

I won't recommend because my room had someone's hair in the shower, tub and's sink😕😓 then i pulled back the duvet and's More globs of foriegn hair. I was only there because i had been celebrating my birthday wkend at an Ohio casino and decided to grab a quick hotel to just rest before the trip home. They promised to refund but Never did. We were only there from midnight till 8a strictly for sleeping. It was otherwise a decent place to crash... Not recommended for a vacation. Yuck and Charged me Full price. I have video and pics but they didn't want to see them. The next day they offered only to move rooms but i was going home by then.

Very Poor Experience
The driveway to get to the hotel goes through two other hotel parking lots. There were no signs to direct us. The front desk staff was nice and called after we were in the room. Things seemed good initially. Upon more time in the room, there was hair in the bathroom all over the floor, about 1/4 roll of TP with no back up, and two towels for 3 guests. No one mentioned that the ice machine was broken for the whole hotel. On Saturday, water backed up in the tub. We asked for that to be addressed as well as more towels and TP. We left for 8 hours. TP and towels were left in the bathroom. No housekeeping service was done, so garbage was overflowing. And the shower backed up with even more water on Sunday morning. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the breakfast was barely mediocre. We will never stay here again.
