Everyone very nice. Manager was excellent!!! Went over and above to give us information of the area. Highly recommend staying here. Excellent breakfast provided including hot eggs, bacon, ham slices, waffles, french toast sticks and plenty more .

Horrible Hot Tub. Everyone complained. It was 85 degrees. Colder than a person's body temperature. The pool was also cold. I specifically wanted a hot tub. A huge waste of money.

The Hotel was clean, quiet good breakfast buffet and reasonably priced. Been coming to Toledo for 20 years one of the best places I've stayed at. Just wished they had a cocktail lounge/ bar. All the employees I had contact with were happy to be working there and were proud of the hotel. Will defiantly stay there again.

I was attending a trade show in Toledo and needed a room for two nights. I was pleased with the room. It was clean, roomy, comfortable. Breakfast was good. I would recommend Hampton Inn to a friend.

Excellent Property, Service, Comfort & Breakfast!
Was here for a short stay while visiting the Toledo area. From the moment my wife and I walked in, you felt welcome. The hotel is newer, and the staff at the front desk were professional, personable, and attentive to our needs. Everything was very clean, from the Lobby, to the Breakfast Dinning area, to the Elevators to the actual Room and bathroom. The beds were VERY comfortable and the HVAC system in the room was top notch. I was very impressed with how quiet everything was when you were in your room. Did not have a chance to utilize the pool or hot tub, but I'm sure that they are just as well maintained as the rest of the property.

Overnight getaway
The hotel itself was great. The breakfast was good. The lady that did the breakfast was very nice and did a very nice job with the breakfast. The only complaint that we have is the shower was very weak water pressure.

It was so very clean and nicely decorated for Christmas. We felt very welcome .

Our door wuld not catch to lock when we would leave the room. I told the lady at the desk and she put a maintenance report in.

Staff was very helpful. Battery died in my thermostat and staff came to change them immediately. Bed was comfortable. Had to leave about 2am to pick up my boyfriend from the casino and there was a homeless person in lobby entrance way and made me feel nervous about safety since I was alone.

A great hotel
Overall it was a good experience. Our king bed had only three standard pillows, which were on the flat side. We requested another pillow and were told there were none. It made sleeping a little uncomfortable but was not that big of a deal. However, our room was near the pool so it was noisy with children playing and screaming at times. At least I'm guessing the noise was coming from the pool area; could have been coming from the hall (it was loud enough for that). Either way, the noise was unpleasant but it wasn't constant so it was fine. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The halls and entry had a pleasant air freshener smell. The breakfasts were good, and the staff person manning the dining area was pleasant and friendly. She smiled a lot and was very attentive to detail.

Nightmare place
Would not let us stay there. Made us leave. Was trying to make us pay 250 deposit. I only ever payed 100 in my life not 250. The lady had no heart.

Great stop to rest between Cleveland and Detroit. Clean hotel and the free breakfast is a real deal-maker. Our only complaint is the beds/pillows could be more comfortable. The duvet was overly bulky and the pillows options were plentiful, but no combination of them made for a restful sleep.
