Ficamos muito tristes por saber que a sua reserva não tenha correspondido às suas expectativas. ​No entanto, e para salvaguardar a verdade dos factos, não podemos deixar de mencionar que todos os detalhes sobre a nossa propriedade bem como o procedimento de check-in e a ausência de recepção foram comunicados directamente para o seu email em pelo menos 3 ocasiões diferentes. Ficámos surpreendidos pela sua surpresa e lamentamos saber que a sua agência de viagens, responsável pela sua reserva, não o tenha informado com detalhe sobre o nosso alojamento. Apesar de todo este equívoco esperamos que tenha apreciado a sua passagem pela nossa linda cidade de Tomar e lamentamos que não tenha tido a oportunidade de desfrutar da nossa hospitalidade. Nevertheless, and for the sake of accuracy, we feel it's important to explain to other potential guests that all the details concerning our property were communicated directly to your email address in three separate occasions. We were surprised by your reaction and feel very sorry that your travel agent, responsible for the reservation, did not supply enough information about our lodging. Nevertheless, and despite this misunderstanding, we sincerely hope you have enjoyed our beautiful city of Tomar. We are truly sorry you didn't have the chance to experience our hospitality.
